They were out of almost all their ingredients. I asked if they could still make a crunch wrap, they said yes. What I got was so disappointing. No lettuce or tomato, the tostada was stale, it had the thinnest smear of meat, and because it was missing all the wet ingredients the tortilla on the outside was burned.

La Grande oregon taco bell needs to do better. We came thru drive-thru tonight and I ordered chicken cantina bowl and my boyfriend got 2 beefy 5 layer burrito.Where's the chicken I only got rice and vegetables. The lady at drive-thru didnt even ask if we wanted hot sauce she looked grumpy no smile, no plastic wares no napkins. Ugh

The didn’t have alot ingredients so, some goods could not be ordered. Didn’t have regular Pepsi but, they had Diet Pepsi and Cherry Pepsi. Our bill was $32.17 and gave the employee $40.17, and didn’t know how to give back the change!! The employee didn’t know how to open the register to give back the correct change. We took our food back to our hotel and discovered our whole order was made horrible. We were missing an order and the tacos didn’t have lettuce. This Taco Bell needs new management and redo their staff!!

I'm not from the area and I have never had such a bad experience with an employee. A younger guy with a big nose avoided interacting with me for a few min and rolled his eyes for asking for some taco sauce even after saying thank you he continued to not acknowledge me. The. Our chicken quesadilla had no chicken in it but luckily I had a nice girl with glasses help out and was much friendlier than the previous person.

Do not order the potato ole. They take forever and you might be forgotten about and have to wait for ine of the five employees in the back to be willing to talk to you to figure this out. Do the drive thru but do not go in if you can help it.

Nice clean atmosphere. Tables and floors were kept up and clean. This is always a bonus when walking into a fast food restaurant. It is so not inviting, when walking into any restaurant and having a bunch of tables and the floor dirty while employees stand around visiting and not doing anything. This was not the case here. High chairs available, plenty of parking, and wheelchair ♿️ accessible
this place actually sucks. i sat there for 15 minutes trying to get two orders of cinnamon twists, all they had to do was scoop it into a bag from a damn tub. one lady was crashing out and on the verge of tears, and the bagging is the worst. the cinnamon twists were good but NOT worth waiting 15 minutes.

Lately the customer service has been okay but food has been lack luster and when you ask for things or do a mobile order things are missing or sauces aren’t included as requested. Pretty sure this burrito supreme with extra meat shouldn’t have been this small. Also always messy like no care when preparing. Lobby is generally not clean either.

I did not have the best experience here. I asked twice for no cheese and to add red sauce to my order, but unfortunately, it came with extra cheese and no red sauce at all. It was disappointing, especially after clearly repeating my request. I hope the staff pays closer attention to special instructions in the future.
