A cozy space with a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is by an amazing chef with something for everyone. The pizza crust is one of the best I've ever tasted, and we want to come back to Jacksonville just to try the lunch

So good! Everything was wonderful - excellent food, nice beer and wine list, super-friendly staff (the chef himself greeted us), and great service. We tried the tomato soup, pasta bolognese and fish special (cod), and everything was fabulous. Can't wait to return for a pizza or burger! It's a small, cozy space so definitely make reservations.

It’s very small, especially in the winter without the outdoor seating so I would recommend reservations. The service is personable and friendly, and it seems more like you’re visiting your friend for dinner than at a restaurant. I hope the portion sizes were outstanding, and the food was great, one person had pizza, one person had pasta and the other three had three different types of burgers that all look good.Parking: There is a small lot in front of the restaurant. And we were able to park there, but I could see if it was much more busy. It may be a little bit tricky to find parking.

I ordered a burger to go . The food was ready quickly and it had to be the most delicious burger I have had. Can a burger be elevated - well this one was! It came with truffle fingerling potatoes - yum . I can’t wait to try other items on the

This place is incredibly delicious and one of my favorite restaurants. Every time we visit from Portland we come here. It’s small, so make a reservation.

My wife and I had dinner there - I really enjoyed my sous vide lamb, haricot verts, and spuds! They have a nice wine selection with local selections. The atmosphere is to my taste - small and funky inside.. with nice outside tables too. We sat inside because of smoke and were able to watch the kitchen which was a plus.

Called to see if openings, person answering just said "no". Why no sorry we're full? I guess they don't care... Very poor customer service as you can see in their reviews!

This was a take out meal for one. So I have no idea how the service is. But I had salmon that was made just for me. The salmon was not on the menu. I called, asked if he could. Make me a salmon meal and the chef did. He did not disappoint . Good! He was very accommodating to a traveler in need.

If I could eat at C street bistro every day I would and be happy about it. Everything was perfectly executed and created with such care and creativity. Not to mention you can tell how fresh everything was in the locally sourced produce and house ouse made pretty much everything. There were no complaints about any aspect of the meal and that's really hard to find. We have the special of the night which was a swordfish with lobster sauce and bacon wrapped green beans. We also had the wedge salad and boucherie burger. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary as well as hang out and listen to great music they had playing. Cannot wait to return and try out other items on the menu.

If I could give negative stars, this would be the place. I've NEVER been treated so rudely in my life by both the female employee and the owner/chef. I guess the fact that there are hardly any restaurants in Jacksonville allows them to get away with treating people like garbage. You're better off driving toAshland.

Followed the owner's instructions for making a reservation, and were told, sorry, his phone was lost, so they had no space for us. After showing proof of the reservation text, we were asked to leave. No apologies, only contempt for wanting to give them our business. Heard the food was good, but they don't deserve your dollars.
