“Great food nice people great service“

“We came to Enterprise (from Idaho) and wanted to go to The Red Rooster because of their "home made Hollandaise Sauce".
We arrived on Thursday and were gonna head back on Sunday BUT since the restaurant is closed Fri-Sat-Sun we decided to extend our stay one more night. Monday morning could not come fast enough!
We both got "Reds Benedict" and...it...was....DELICIOUS!!!!!!
The eggs were done to perfection and the Hollandaise Sauce was worth every minute we waited. YUMMM!!! And the ham was the most flavorful I have ever had! We also HAD to try a pancake....
Unbelievably yummy (they grind their own flour and it sure had something extra special going on!!). Christy (not sure of spelling) was our fabulous waitress! And her Mom Kim was on fire in the kitchen (not literally of course, but working hard makin' her "magic" happen on a hot day) I popped my head over the door into "Mom's Kitchen" to give her props on her A-1 breakfast! I told my boyfriend "Enterprise isn't THAT far to come for breakfast from Boise"... now that we are retired!
