We stopped in over Memorial Day weekend and wanted to try the grill out, our first impression was that it was very disorganized, they had you wait to be seated and the register for the store in the exact same place, and the lady at the register was quite rude. We sat down and our waitress gave us menus and waters. The place had obviously not staffed up for the busy weekend as our waitress was running all over the place and didn't come back for some time. First off, the food was excellent and the staff was friendly. However, we ordered a burger, sandwich, and fries and it took 80 minutes. Three times we were told “the food is on its way.” It really wasn’t even that busy, less than half the tables were full on a Saturday afternoon. Another guest told me he had waited an hour and 40 minutes at that point.
