Azul’s menu is fast, fresh and flavorful. I’ve never been disappointed, and keep coming back for more.
We met Maria on a fishing trip. When she told us about Azul we decided to head that way on our way home. Her truck is amazing to look at and the food was outstanding! We highly recommend Azul!

Azul Latin Kitchen | Food Truck offers AMAZING FOOD with traditional Latin food and a fresh twist. The Carnitas Tacos, Fajita Burrito, mango salsa and queso tacos, crunchy chicken taco, and fish taco are all outstanding. The homemade blue corn tortillas and fresh veggies with mango are highlights. The service is great, and the food truck is amazing to look at. Nestled at Velkommen Square in Junction City, it is a well deserved respite for a night out or a relaxing lunch. The covered seating area is amazing on a hot summer day. All around 10/10, this is a stand out in a sea of Latin food trucks and deserves to be at the top of everyone’s list.
