“Rude customer service. I ask the girl at the cash register to make sure I got the three scoop of strawberries that the recipe calls for and she got snotty and said if the recipe calls for it it will be in there. I must have made her mad because she put my drinks in the cups and then waited one three more customer before giving me mine. Vary bad customer service.“

“I drive through Monroe almost every day. I always stop at least once here. there were only two coffee companies in Lane County that I really enjoy just coffee, not a dome drink, just a breve or an Americano. this coffee shop is one of them. “Bobablastic is amazing. They have some of the best orange chicken I've had anywhere and all their drinks are great. The guy who is always there (I'm assuming he's the owner) is a really nice guy. I definitely recommend this place.“

“The two Romano brothers are hard working and loyal, serving the public for 22 years now. 5 Stars. Best Chocolate Latte or Hot Chocolate around and the food is good. Well actually there are so many great things about this place and the people who built it there is not enough room to say everything. Love Romano's.“

“Approximately two weeks before Christmas I wanted to purchase a few gifts cards and went to this location to do so. I was so impressed with the customer service I received there. Although they were busy, I was immediately greeted and consistently acknowledged.
There were only two employees working at that time and their teamwork and work pace was impressive. When the time came to make my gift card purchase, the employee helping me was unsure of how to proceed and she wanted to check with her “manager” (which I appreciated)
What was the most impressive to me was how they interacted through that. The employee was so nice and her manager was calm and so kind. I really appreciated the situation and how it was handled. As a customer, little things like this aren’t really little, they are big.
Kudos to them both and a special acknowledgment to Connor.
