I absolutely love this place, and usually eat from here twice a week or more. The food was always delicious and the consumer was too. Today I ordered shrimp tempura and this is something I have ordered more than once, when I returned to work I realized it was coconut shrimp instead, and I never ex like coconut shrimp! I called back just to inform them, and the response I received was “ well this is what we have, it’s shrimp tempura with coconut “ and this is not ok, i did not order that, and more importantly I could’ve been allergic to coconut! After I explained to him that I didn’t order coconut shrimp and I don’t eat coconut shrimp, he did apologize and offered a refund, in which that should’ve been the first response! I knew if the lady was there it wouldn’t happened like this, but as a loyal customer I’m very disappointed

I ordered kentos from DoorDash and said they did delivery, the door dasher had to call saying they didn’t get the order. I went to drive over there because I wanted the food so I had shown them the payment of the food I ordered. He said they don’t do anything with DoorDash, which is stupid cause why would you have it on DoorDash then. I went back around dinner time and ordered a steak, shrimp hibachi, and a kids teriyaki bowl. I got the two hibachis, then I had to order again for the kids teriyaki bowl after having to repeatedly tell them that. I went home and I open it to see no kids teriyaki bowl instead were potstickers and a steak hibachi but no shrimp. It ended up being a chicken one , the food was good but I shouldn’t have to repeat myself several times just to get the wrong order.

Stopped in for dinner. Fast friendly service. There were places to sit but all were wet, even though they’re covered, so I went home to eat. The meat and vegetables were okay but the rice was AWFUL! 🤮 Seriously terrible. Dry and tasted like old grease. Couldn’t eat.

The person taking our order took care of us! It felt like coming home to family. Best hibachi steak I've ever eaten period. I was moaning like that scene in When Harry Met Sally but this wasn't faked, it was a nonvoluntary reaction to just how good the food was. Don't hesitate, get the steak.

Combo steak & chicken with a side of yakisoba noodles. Very nice people. Fresh and hot food, but not a long wait. (We did start eating the food before I remembered to take a picture, the presentation of the food was very good before we started eating).
