I got the mac with tri tip on top and it was tip top!! Ghost pepper sauce was yummy and just a little bit of kick. Nice coleslaw too as a counterpoint. The parking lot is pretty drab and loud, but hey it’s a good cart pod.
Owen and the team at Smok'n Gingers catered our wedding in August and did an absolutely amazing job! We heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests. Throughout the planning process, Owen was very communicative and checked in with us multiple times. The food and service on the day of the wedding was incredible! Couldn't recommend Owen and his staff more to anyone looking for event catering! Highly recommend!

We had the Smoked Chicken Sandwich, macaroni n cheese, and coleslaw. The Smoked dry rub had a chemical taste and they didn't even have the Alabama white sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwich, it was terrible. I couldn't eat it. The macaroni n cheese tasted like Kraft mac n cheese. The best thing we even finished eating was the coleslaw. Sorry to say but we won't be returning.
