Yesterday I went to this pizzeria and they took my order, more than 40 minutes passed and I never heard them call me, I went to ask the counter and they told me that THEY HAD NOT PREPARED MY ORDER, so they asked me for my receipt which luckily I asked for it at the time of paying, I deliver it and they tell me that they will start preparing my order ? after that they call me and give me a different pizza than what I had ordered, 0 stars if possible, the pizza It's good but the service left me a lot to be desired.

Pizza has always been great but maybe update delivery time on your website. Even doordash was saying 48 min to an hour which ok to be expected, but Ordered through Abbys website however and now almost TWO HOURS LATER still no pizza. Just lesson learned can't trust this place to order for delivery.

I love the atmosphere of Abby’s it reminds me of when I was a little girl getting pizza. The customer service can use a little bit of improvement but overall we go there quite often, and if we ever have any problems it gets resolved quickly. I love the pizza as well very old fashioned

We come to this Abby’s about once a month with our church group. We love the pizza and salad bar. The employees are ALWAYS nice to our group. WE WILL BE BACK SOON! Sorry no photos to share. Maybe next time.
We got there and didn't get our orders taken for about 20 min. Us and about 2 other family's of 4ish were the only customers. We waited for about 30 min for the pizza. Half of the pizza wasn't cut and the toppings kept falling off. We had asked for 10 plates. They gave us 6 paper plates. We asked for more and they gave us dirty ceramic plates. Then we asked for clean ones and they gave us 15 paper plates. We were trying to order soda and we waited at a counter were we ordered the pizza. After 10 min we asked an employe who was just standing there and she said " oh you want to order soda? We can do that right here". They brought us one of three pizzas and gave no indication of when the others would be done. And when we tried to ask they just ignored us. Paddingtons is way better and actually talks to the customers.
We love Abby's Pizza! Always so fresh & delicious with good quality ingredients We've eaten at several Abby's locations and have never been dissatisfied!! Hands down, the best pizza around!!!!
