Ordered the pizza that was advertised ask for no onions and heavy sauce when are Pizza arrived it had extra onions and hardly any sauce restaurant was clean bathroom was very clean customer service was absolutely horrid all we had to hear was the banter from the kitchen with them complaining about their staffing issues their management issues and being underpaid that is not something a customer should ever have to endure ask for a box waited 10 to 15 minutes for a box ended up just grabbing one and helping myself to take care of the situation would I ever visit this Keizer Station pizza place again absolutely not

I went in today, asked for a thick crust pizza, and the crust was so falt and to pay like 40 dollars for it and not been given for what I ask for, I'm upset.

First of all there was an employee eating Dairy Queen and the beverage counter, pretty sure that you’re not supposed to be eating in a service area. Then same employee let my food sit on the counter without using the house speakers to call my name letting me know it was ready. Got home and had to reheat everything.

The only thing better than Abby’s pizza is a free Abby’s pizza! here for the review contest and what can I say - Abby’s pizza in Keizer is my happy place! They have the best pizza I’ve ever tried. And trust me I’ve tried a lot of pizzas! Abby’s is there for me when I’m sad, happy or angry and Abby’s never disappoints! The food is amazing my go to is the Abby’s special! Paired along with some spicy wings and a beer - doesn’t get better than that! Oh wait but it does they also have lottery machines! One day I’ll hit the jackpot while at Abby’s and I’ll have more money to spend at Abby’s pizza! Catch me at Abby’s pizza having the time of my life!

I ordered $250 in pizza and sides online for a family holiday get-together, so it would be ready when we arrived. Abby’s has been our family’s go-to pizza for 40+ years. The website only offers “takeout” or “delivery” options so I chose takeout, although we planned to eat there. When we arrived the staff was rude, the pizza burned, and despite the restaurant being completely empty, we were made to feel unwelcome to stay after ordering food for takeout on the website. The person who appeared to be in charge gave us a few free drink cups after I told him, but didn’t offer an apology, or anything else. The pizza was so burned that no one wanted to take home leftovers… a first in 40 years of patronage at various Abby’s restaurants. So disappointing.
