The meals are so fresh (not frozen!) and delicious, with great portion control for busy work schedules and workouts. The portions and quality are far superior to other home delivery brands, and the food is fresher and less expensive than other companies. The meals taste so good it doesn't feel like dieting, with options for low calorie, high calorie, and low carb meals. It's a convenient option for busy schedules, with no cooking or cleaning required. Highly recommended for delicious, hassle-free meals.

The meals taste like something you would have made at home - they don't have that overly salted restaurant taste that leaves you feeling gross. Everything has been fresh and tastes great. The portions are generous. The packaging waste is also extremely minimal compared to what you get with the national meal companies - you can even reuse the containers. The delivery process is easy.
