Next time I get a coffee, take a sip and it scalds my mouth I will seek damages. I never had this problem at other Bentley's.

I am a daily and sometimes 2x a day customer. I use to go to the Lancaster location and I got tired of them messing up my drink and having to get back in line to have it remade. So now I go to the Kiezer location this location has been on point 99% of the time. I visited a couple days ago twice( morning and afternoon) my drink was made perfectly in the morning but my afternoon visit my drink was completely messed up and I didn't have time to get back in line because I was on my lunch break. I'm hoping you guys can somehow make this right and I would have no problem changing this to a 5 star review. I tried calling the shop but there is no phone number listed.
I can't drink coffee, but: • Their smoothies are only ice and real fruit. • Their shakes are real ice cream and real fruit (or real Oreos, or whatever flavor you choose is real) Only complaint is that the Salem Keizer stores are not created for walk up dine in. Even the downtown lobby has no bathroom, which works for take out - but gets uncomfortable when downing a beverage or two (or simply wish to wash hands). So take out or drive thru - Bentley's is awesome. My coffee drinking friends love the latte's and flavored coffee drinks, and they are absolutely killing it with their shakes and smoothies . I recommend the strawberry banana smoothie with the "energy base" . Picture a Strawberry Banana smoothie with a subtle Red Bull kick. Yummy!!! 😋

The best place to go. They make the best drinks. The crew will fix your drink anyway you want it with extras. What's great is you can go anywhere in Keizer or Salem and find a Bentleys. The people that work at Bentleys are so friendly and care about all their customers.

My experience at this coffee shop was just that bad. I went in for a simple order and the barista got it completely wrong. I figured mistakes happen, so I went back a second time to give them a chance to fix it. Unfortunately, not only was my order wrong again, but the 2 female baristas were rude and dismissive when I mentioned it. No apology, just an air of annoyance.
I’m all for understanding that things can go wrong, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service. After two chances, I won’t be returning for a third.

My favorite coffee shop, drinks are delicious, staff is always very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that it's a bit of a drive as I live in South Salem. Brandon, if you could build a new coffee shop in South Salem, everyone in South Salem would greatly appreciate it.

If atmosphere could be 10 stars, I'd give it an 11! This is my favorite place in Keizer! They are my go to when I need a little coffee love in the morning, and have some fantastic teas for my afternoon pic me up!

Why are you going anywhere else (Dutch/Starbucks) when you have BENTLEYS??
Hands down the best coffee in town! Not to mention everything the owner does for the community and animal shelters. You don’t get fresh, homemade, great quality ingredients from any other coffee stand! Every drink it’s delicious and doesn’t separate like other places. Every seasonal drink is spot on.
We have had everything, my boyfriend is the coffee drinker and said the coffee has great flavor and they aren’t too sweet, even the black coffee is great! Both of us love The Chai - iced, blended and hot - the best chai I’ve ever had, you can taste the spices and it’s homemade you can’t get better than that!
Pumpkin Chai is the only drink you should get while the pumpkin is around! It’s fall in a cup!
The peppermint drink during the holidays is the best, and it doesn’t have that gross artificial flavor that other places have and the whipped cream is amazing!
And a big win with us is that you can get also oat everything including the chai in SUGAR FREE! Which is big when we are on Keto.

Server, while friendly and engaging, may have had exposed blood on his finger. He, at that time, touched my coffee, card, etc. I am not sure if there was any contamination for me or others. I would not recommended simply due to health regulation and sanitation. It may be sensible for a health inspection there.
