The hot chai with oat milk is delicious. However on our last visit our order was entered wrong and we were given the wrong drink. The staff just laughed and shrugged it off, then charged us the difference in price. Poor customer service has turned us off going here anymore.

Ordered the blended mochas we usually like to drink. Most places in the US make them too watery. Bentley's was more like a milk shake, the way we prefer it.

I am a daily and sometimes 2x a day customer. I use to go to the Lancaster location and I got tired of them messing up my drink and having to get back in line to have it remade. So now I go to the Kiezer location this location has been on point 99% of the time. I visited a couple days ago twice( morning and afternoon) my drink was made perfectly in the morning but my afternoon visit my drink was completely messed up and I didn't have time to get back in line because I was on my lunch break. I'm hoping you guys can somehow make this right and I would have no problem changing this to a 5 star review. I tried calling the shop but there is no phone number listed.
I can't drink coffee, but: • Their smoothies are only ice and real fruit. • Their shakes are real ice cream and real fruit (or real Oreos, or whatever flavor you choose is real) Only complaint is that the Salem Keizer stores are not created for walk up dine in. Even the downtown lobby has no bathroom, which works for take out - but gets uncomfortable when downing a beverage or two (or simply wish to wash hands). So take out or drive thru - Bentley's is awesome. My coffee drinking friends love the latte's and flavored coffee drinks, and they are absolutely killing it with their shakes and smoothies . I recommend the strawberry banana smoothie with the "energy base" . Picture a Strawberry Banana smoothie with a subtle Red Bull kick. Yummy!!! 😋
