This place is not good whatsoever, WAY too sweet, does NOT taste like tea, its literally sugar, water with artificial flavoring and the jellies are extremely sweet. If you want authentic boba tea please try Wabi Sabi Tea! on commercial street, they were closed today (Sunday, and Monday) so I decided to give another place a shot, and that backfired.

I’ve been there multiple times and had never had this problem. I got a brown sugar milk tea yesterday and the milk was rotten. I opened it up and you could see white chunks inside and multiple people tasted it and they all agreed it wasn’t right. I also tried calling multiple times but no response

One time I ordered brown sugar with Carmel on the side and completely messed it up and watered down. Rude employees one told my friend she would call the cops just for ordering? Not affordable 12$ for only 2 bobas. Just for it to be watered down and taste like soap most of the time. If you like rude customer service and watered down boba come here!
Kid-friendliness: Rude to kids even when nice. Give them nasty drinks on purpose and very stingy about them

Just stopped by at 5:45pm today to the front doors being locked. The sign “open” was still on and the hours state open till 7pm. Attempted to call the store with no luck. At least have a sign upfront as to why you are closed or time of return .

I came with my co worker. I loved my Thai Iced Tea. We talked our whole lunch hour here. Very nice and relaxing place. Budget friendly
This place isn’t great. I went in trying to order something on the menu and the kid working said he didn’t know how to make it after he tried giving me something different that contains dairy that I didn’t order and I cannot drink dairy. Kind of seemed like they don’t train their employees at all. It’s on the menu right there, you need to know how to make it. Shame on the owner for not training the employees properly. Also the atmosphere in this place is creepy, no music and awkwardly silent. I’ve ordered an iced green tea with peach multiple times and never been given dairy, I even told the employee how to make it and he just didn’t get it.
