This place isn’t great. I went in trying to order something on the menu and the kid working said he didn’t know how to make it after he tried giving me something different that contains dairy that I didn’t order and I cannot drink dairy. Kind of seemed like they don’t train their employees at all. It’s on the menu right there, you need to know how to make it. Shame on the owner for not training the employees properly. Also the atmosphere in this place is creepy, no music and awkwardly silent. I’ve ordered an iced green tea with peach multiple times and never been given dairy, I even told the employee how to make it and he just didn’t get it.

This is the worst boba I’ve ever had and I get boba frequently from many places. The rose tasted only of floral dirt. The other two drinks my group got were heavily watered down. These 5 star reviews have got to be fake.

Absolutely awful. I've been coming here since they've opened they're usually great, but today absolutely not. The owner was next door GAMBLING leaving his store completely unattended! I waited for a while cause I didn't wanna leave it unattended and he lied to my face about what he was doing next door I WATCHED HIM GAMBLE!

worst customer service ever! went in today around 4pm. order a drink for myself and my daughter. the gal had a few orders before ours, so I mentioned to my daughter to pick out her drink, the gal then said yeah I have like 9 drinks before you.I tried to give her a little grace considering she was there by herself. I even tipped a few dollars. but what I saw after was just disgusting. she was so rude to the customers be fore us when they were grabbing drinks. when ours was up I asked if she had any straws, she literally stormed off and came back and said I was rude for asking for straws when I did. I will never go there again. I hope she gets talked to because it was very inappropriate behavior
