If zero stars were possible I would not have given any. For a fast food place the prices were very high, service was a joke, food wasn't good, and no atmosphere whatsoever. I will not stop there again in my life.

Went here a week ago. Love this fast food! It’s my ultimate favorite hamburger ? place to eat, compared to any others in my opinion. I always can finish eating the hamburger. I always get great service at the drive through service area. They always carry cherry coke, which I love. They have the best French Fries then any other places.??♥️?

I enjoy eating Burger King but not at this particular restaurant. The food is not very fresh. Every time I go there the fries are always cold. I found a hair in my whopper and called the manager about it and they were very unresponsive and did not care. True employees seem very careless and customer service isn’t important at all. The place is not very clean either. I’m an ex employee and I remember seeing workers pick tater tots and fries where they keep all the cooked fries. I do not recommend eating here.

Keeping in mind that BK is a fast food place with both dine in, drive through and Uber eats all as options, it's one of my favorite "go too's" when I find myself in town and hungry.Can't beat flame broiled fast food.Do you Rule? Or do I? We both Rule at Burger King.Kid-friendliness: They still give out kids crowns (one size fits all adjustable)

The inside was empty, the servers looked and acted unmotivated. The servings were very small and the fries were cold. I think the fries had been sitting there for a while. The buns on my burgers were also cold.

Served us a regular whopper instead of an impossible. Now my wife is sick and our planned evening is ruined. How on earth do you miss the IMPOSSIBLE part of the order?I complained and they offered me a $10 coupon.. why would I go back to a franchise so flippant and irresponsible? I would not. Despicable business practices, Burger Jester.Will not be returning to this (or any) BK for the foreseeable future.

The absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to starting with the general manager Monica she has the worst attitude and needs some extensive Hospitality training and customer service training because I honestly do not know how someone with that kind of bad attitude can get in a position such as a GM and I am very well aware that when it starts at the top that kind of bad attitude and overall workmanship will trickle down the ladder anytime I have something wrong with my order which is very frequent she treats me as though I am a liar and she always has a horrible attitude and has a very difficult time squeezing out any hospitable words such as thank you hopefully corporate notice how far downhill this location has come because of the terrible management and do something about it or it may seem it will turn out no different than Sonic did just down the street.
