Food is okay. Nothing special. The soda fountain drinks don't taste right, so that's a bummer. Overall, I probably won't be coming back. There's better food around Keizer and Salem.

When ordering a #1 (whopper meal) and having the employee read back my order, I would expect them to read back the $11 something priced meal that is posted on their menu, THEN ask if I want to pay more for a medium.... Rather than reading out the incorrect size for what is priced on the menu and upcharging me, then telling me "I dont make the rules" when I ask why she read out a medium rather than a small if that wasn't what it was priced for. Do better Burger King, either post on the menu that the price is for a small, or have your employees state the correct size and ask if people want to pay extra for a medium.
I visited this location a few times will return. BK is a great place to have it your way. However, their classic Whopper is what I ordered and was fully satisfied and was actually prepared more correctly than most other Burger Kings. Even though there was a line of people in the Drive-Thru, I was thoroughly impressed and fully satisfied with my meal and service
Vegetarian options: This is a burger place. The only vegetarian options are going to be the french fries or onion rings
Dietary restrictions: This is a fast food joint. If you have a dietary restrictions. It's almost foolish to go here. However, since it is Burger King as their motto says you can have it your way.
Parking: There are a number of spots here. However, since it's part of a strip mall area, especially the overdeveloped Kaiser station location, you're sharing a parking lot with several other stores as well as fast food places. So while we went there was lots of parking. Depending on if there's a game or if there's other things going on. If it's a weekend time parking may be hard to find
Kid-friendliness: It's fast food and they always have the kids grounds available. So technically this is kid friend
Wheelchair accessibility: It is 100% wheelchair accessible. They have wheelchair parking as well.

Decided to stop by a little after 10. As I pull up to the speaker the guy says “Pick up only,” I then said “so we can’t order?,” the guy then proceeded to say “you can. Download our app and order through there.” I would give this place 0 stars if I could. That’s not only unprofessional but what business establishment who closes at midnight does “pick up only” two hours before they close? I would understand if they were short staffed but it was a bunch of employees in there as I was leaving.

The hours posted say 7 am they open , I had a burgerking gift card I wanted to use while on a road trip and I really needed to use the bathroom too. I showed up at 7:06am figuring they'd be open. The front door was locked and I shook it a couple times , even waved at an employee, multiple employees saw, including a supervisor and ignored me and the other person with me. It seemed Very unwelcoming. I waited for about another minute at the door while They continued doing whatever they were doing so I walked away and left. It felt very rude they ignored us, also if the business hours are 7am to 11 pm , the door should be unlocked for customers at 7 am. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. I was hungry and needed to use the bathroom. Well I guess the Starbucks across the parking lot will get our business instead.

awful customer service by the guy i dont know his name! beard man helped me at the drive through! Absolutely terrible customer service!i asked for fresh made mozarella sticks! and he gave the ones that weren’t fresh but kept arguing that they are fresh and ended up giving the refund but not the new sticks!He was absolutely rudeee!!So disappointed!i tried calling and talking to the manager but i couldn’t get through the phone call! anyway i will never ever go to this burger king
