I am not normally a Carl's Jr person but my son wanted a burger and fries so they were the closest to me swung by ordered a couple meals and the young men at the drive-thru is very helpful and nice and gave some good recommendations. Honestly for a fast food place not too shabby.

Courteous, understood his English (he is Caucasian), very fast service and friendly, and food was excellent. Veg fresh, meat tender, bun fresh and soft, flavor great. Had guacamole, bacon burger. Oh I lived close by, I’d be a repeat customer. Clean! Went to other Carl’s but this is super.

I called to let the store know that the burger I ordered was burnt and not good. The manager Eva was so nice and told me to come in so she could make it right. She has amazing customer service and replaced my whole meal from the night before. I come here all the time and rarely have issues but is nice to know they will go above and beyond if there are any issues! Thanks again, Eva!

Got a western bacon with no bbq sauce - when I open it up I see that it’s slathered in more bbq sauce than is ever even necessary. Had to eat it because I had nothing else and I paid a lot of money to have it Uber’d to me. Surprise, it was nasty! Just a super soggy mess. The fries were so cold and old I wouldn’t be surprised if they were made yesterday. The Dr. Pepper I got was so watered down I dumped it out after taking a drink. Just do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
