Their night shift is absolutely useless. The food is always dry and cold by the time we get it and we never sit in line for less than 15 minutes even though it's late and the store is completely empty. They spend more time goofing around then they do doing their job and quite honestly I have stopped going there because of the night shift.

I am not sure if the Keizer Carl's Jr. Is just short handed or new employees that do not have it down yet or what. But, I place my order and then I wait for what seems like an eternity to have me payment taken. When finally taken I am then asked if I want my penny back....why are you asking..of course I want my penny Change back. But that is not all, I end up having to wait even longer because for some reason they are waiting on biscuit or something at 6:40-6:50 in the morning. I get it maybe they have a really big rush every morning before 6:40.
I total I end up sitting at the drive through window up to 10+ minutes sometimes.
I hope they get better...soon.

I believe they are all hard working humans and I love them for it thank you for coming in and taking care of our meals.

Now I do Strongly believe a manager or high up employees need to come and help them out, and fix the computers, mops bathrooms better supporting shoes give them upgrades and better stuff to work with you need to take care of your hard working employees! The app is very useful but it needs to be updated and fixed because apps are not working properly at this location in Keizer but the employees are very sweet and caring they are always nice here and I need you to take care of them because they WORK VERY HARD THANK YOU! They care about ALL CUSTOMERS THAT WALK THROUGH THE DOORS & their community! and company!.
They have always supported the customers and I’ve seen kind people working hard here so please come help they and hear what they need!
A 23 year old customer and I’ve seen a lot of good people working hard here so take care of them thank you ?

Staff was really rude to my husband. We are on a road trip and I stopped here for lunch.

I got a cheeseburger to go and used the restroom. Whe. He went in & asked for the code, he said I was just on and got a burger. Their reply was “Yeah your wife bought something and used the restroom, now you have to buy something to use the restroom.”

As people who work in hospitality, at some of the nicest hotels and restaurants, that’s a really bad way to treat customers.

So families, just know if you come in, each person who wants to use the bathroom has to buy something thing. Each. Person. -___-

Always very clean inside and friendly. Love that they bring your food out to you. For the drive through the crew I've always gotten is friendly, curious and always offer sauces, and seem to not be dead inside which in reality is pretty great thing to have in the drive through on the way to work or coming home from work. You don't really want get your food for your meal and have your day or evening start out in mud town because someone working the drive through is having a bad day. I've not had that experience here. I would rate the drive through experience here tip top when compared to McDonald's, Taco bong, or anything else close by especially the Dairy Queen. Our Dairy Queens sucks over here in the West-plus they charge more. Anyways, I stand by our West side Carl's Junior. The crew Always does great and is friendly. I really do appreciate the attitude and attention they give to the food and customers. A+++

We got one burger combo, one burger, and an order of fries. We were given one burger combo, and one burger. My husband went back for the missing fries, and I sent him pictures of my burger. Apparently this is where everyone gets trained. There needs to be quality control before customers get their orders. My California classic double (I asked for no lettuce or tomato) was given to me with two bottom buns, no sauce, and one and a half patties. My husband's Angus burger came with a single regular patty, despite the upcharge for Angus.

When he went back for the missing fries, the manager gave him our fries and two cookies, one for each of us, as an apology.

We have consistently had issues with getting wrong orders here for over a year, they really need someone to quality check the orders coming from the trainees.
