I am not sure if the Keizer Carl's Jr. Is just short handed or new employees that do not have it down yet or what. But, I place my order and then I wait for what seems like an eternity to have me payment taken. When finally taken I am then asked if I want my penny back....why are you asking..of course I want my penny Change back. But that is not all, I end up having to wait even longer because for some reason they are waiting on biscuit or something at 6:40-6:50 in...

I believe they are all hard working humans and I love them for it thank you for coming in and taking care of our meals.
Now I do Strongly believe a manager or high up employees need to come and help them out, and fix the computers, mops bathrooms better supporting shoes give them upgrades and better stuff to work with you need to take care of your hard working employees! The app is very useful but it needs to be updated and fixed because apps are not working...
