Sterile, unfriendly atmosphere. Maybe it’s because we just came from In-n-Out? I roll with a loud, willful toddler, but I’m extremely courteous and always clear tables. It was pulling teeth to ask for ketchup packets from Hannah, as she swept around us, loudly wiping tables to give us the picture we were contaminating her cleaning area. I filled out a survey with the receipt, praising the only positive employee. Clean restaurant. Chicken had weird strings and was grisly inedible.

Came in at about 4:15 PM. There was one customer in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. Lucky timing. I was quickly helped and upsold on Jalapeno Poppers.I'm subtracting 1 star from atmosphere due to the lobby and some tables not being clean, despite not being busy. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and quick.I ordered a double jalapeno burger with an extra patty as a lettuce wrap and an unsweetened tea. With the 9 piece Jalapeno Poppers, my total came to $21.47. It was brought to my table quickly and smelled mouth watering. I was feeling ravenous, so I may have made a bit of a pig of myself. The meal was delicious!In short, would I recommend this location? Yes. Will I be back? Absolutely.Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic. I was able to order my burger as a lettuce wrap so the buns wouldn't spike my blood sugar. This low carb option is great for diabetics like me as well as people on the Atkins or Ketogenic diets.

They make an art out of ignoring customers. Waited at the counter 5 minutes for someone to take my order and nothing happened. Staff saw me but ignored me. Dining room wasn't busy at all. I can understand why.

Clean dining area, clean bathrooms, cheery servers, fast service, well built lettuce wrap around my burgers, in and out no problem. Tons of parking, right next to other amenities on our way to Portland. I've been to a ton of these because it's some of the only fast food I can get due to gluten intolerance and this was probably the best one yet.
