The butterfinger blizzard I ordered was legit 99% just vanilla ice cream. They should rename it "memories of butterfinger" because there was literally nothing in it but a few tiny crumbs and ice cream... And it costs nearly 8$. They weren't busy, we were the only people there. The weird thing is, my husband's oreo blizzard was totally fine, you could actually see the oreo bits visually and could taste them; unlike my memories of butterfinger blizzard, which was almost pure snow white with no butterfinger taste. And yes, I mixed it up to see if the butterfinger was hiding on the bottom or something, it wasn't. If they were low on butterfinger bits, why not just tell me? I could have changed my order to a different blizzard, and wouldn't have had to disappointingly put mine in the freezer to hand off to my kids later. If I wanted vanilla ice cream, I would have just ordered a cone. The employees should be ashamed, when I worked in fast food I would have NEVER served someone a subpar item such as that. Legitimately pathetic.

9/9/2024 Have to edit. They need to replace their drive threw intercom. Did not get what i ordered. Very disappointed because i could bot eat the food i got because it was wrong and the order was taken wrong. The owners need to get a new intercom system. Will lave this at a 1 star review untill something has been done .sad when you order online to avoid line and you go to pick up your food and they have the lobby door locked during business hours. Will not be getting food from here anymore. Until it's fixed. While waiting in a line out to the street saw many people try to go in and leave. It's sad that this is a thing. If I had not already paid for my food I would leave too.

Do not go to Keizer DQ. They are rude. They don’t make orders correct. Always out of something. They mess up your order they don’t say sorry. They take your food use the same food and still screw it up. They are the worst. I’m disgusted. Who know what they do to it before you get it back.

today at your Dairy Queen review so i went to order. and i order a small fri for 1.85sents and some chiken trips i said 15 because the last time i was there he said there were 15 chieken tripes his name was ryder w so i order 15 chiken tripes and she said in a meanway her name was emily i get my food i i only see the fries i ask and they say i did not order that so i left beause your employs where talking about me so thank you a LOT

Went through the drive-thru. They were clear on the speaker and took our order accurately. The food was good and the ice cream cold. They even tipped my blizzard upside down. It stayed in the cup more than a quick second, and the window gal waited for us to notice. Any time I've been in summer to other DQ's, the ice cream is half melted, so I was pleasantly surprised!

I came to place an order 20 minutes before 11:00 pm when the lobby closes and the doors were locked. An employee walked right past the window looked me in the face and walked away. The least the employees could do is keep the lobby open until 11:00 like they have posted online and on their door.

Service was so slow and I actually witnessed one of the young guys disrespecting an older gentleman who had to come inside because he didn't get his drink with his order. He was willing to pay for it but the kid was telling him the price was wrong. Instead of talking the way he did to the elderly man he should've just said "let me make this right for you" The food has gone downhill and yet the prices have gone sky high. Our group will not be back.

Too much talking and not much working being done.

Stopped in last night for a couple cones and a chicken strip basket.

Something got lost in translation and they charged me for 3 cones. I don’t mind but I asked for a refund and was given a free Sunday ticket and told “That’s all I can do.” from a young gentleman that seemed to be a manager. Not to mention that the cones were already melting when they handed them to us.

Went in for the free sunday which is normally $4.19. This is what I was given today.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write a bad review because this place used to be the jam when I was in high school and now it’s gone downhill and is much dirtier inside that I would care to see as well as the poor service.
