This location doesn't fill up the cup with ice cream for their specialty deserts. Very skimpy on their items. Was at another location recently and they filled the containers up with the icecream. $7.5 for a half of a cup of ice cream on the oreo brownie confection.

Ordered a large Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard and asked for extra cheesecake bites barely got maybe 5 in the whole thing. Was charged almost 9 dollars for that.
What a waste.

The backyard bacon ranch signature stackburger (what a mouthful) is in my opinion, the best fast food premium burger. So if you're not lucky to have a DQ close by, it's worth the drive.

They had a Bunch of staff today and we're quick on orders, even spilled out fries and they replaced them for us, Jason was the one helping us, super nice younger man

Its fast food. What can you expect.

Food was hot and tasty. What really got me was the guy at the counter - he was genuinely kind and helpful. It's so rare to get top notch service at a fast food restaurant!

This store takes no ownership for mess ups. Someone needs to teach acting managers how customer service should look. You cannot continue to treat your patrons like crap and expect to continue to stay open.

Ordered 2 blizzards through door dash.. received blizzards only 3/4 of the way full. Called down to Keizer Dairy Queen and got nothing but attitude from employee. Was told just needed to file a complaint through door dash and they were busy with orders backed up.

It was clean and not busy. Unfortunately, my burger and fries were cold. Cheeseburgers are just less appetizing when the cheese doesn't melt. The blizzard was tasty, though.

Slow service, cleaning was adequate. They seem to literally serve and prepare one item at a time; and that does not seem to be an exaggeration when I got parked for a blizzard!
