Place an order before they opened to pick up as soon as they opened, weighed in for another store for curbside pickup, ended up waiting about 15 minutes after they open before my order was even ready, other than that everything tasted fine

Order said completed, I opened the door and you guessed it, nothing there. So I look around real quick hoping the driver left it at a neighbor nearby but indeed he did not. I called the store and explained the situation in hopes the driver would realize his mistake only to be told, “let me talk to the manager” “uhhh the driver said he delivered it so there’s nothing we can do”. I went for a walk to find my order at the wrong apartment, the wrong building number entirely. Be careful if you select “leave at door” cause apparently they’ll just leave it at any door. Oh and the food is awful, do yourself a favor and order odd moe’s instead.

Had issues placing an online order so I called the store and to my surprise and AI is on the line to take your order. Driver was quick the food was delivered warm and on time, but my order came to $27 (it being the night before Thanksgiving I was going to tip a lil bigger anyways ) I hand the driver 40 hoping for 13 I needed the 3 for in the morning and he would get the 10. He informs me he only has two dollars on him , hands me the pizzas and says have a good night. I was so dumbfounded at this I just said screw it and called the store. I told them that not only was my order not correct chicken was boneless when I ordered bone In and my half and half pizza was 3 slices one 5 of the other and the driver, I feel scammed me outta a tip. they read back to me exactly what I got which was not correct, said sorry have a good night and ended the call. One and only time I will order from this location ever

This was the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. The crust was burnt and when it was delivered it was cold. I will never order anything from the Kiezer Domino's. It was horrible!!!

I called to ask if I could change my order to pick up from delivery when I saw that delivery time was an hour. They said it was just coming out of the oven and the driver was taking it. 30 minutes later I still hadn't received my order so I cancelled. Just be honest!

I had waited about a half hour to go to the store and when I did, for some reason I had 2 back to back orders but they were different. I only made 1order and they hadn't even started on either so they took one off and I had to wait another 25 mins for my order. But overall the staff were very helpful and upbeat and I like that.

I always know what to expect with this domino's! Pizza is always great. Love that everything is always piping hot and fresh. I'm never disappointed, and my order is always correct.

Ordered two pizzas from here tonight. One of which was burnt, which I didn’t check them but didn’t think I’d need to. Drive all the way back home just to open the box to a blackened “pan” pizza. Tried to call them for support and sat on the voicemail for 20+ minutes hearing the repeating message. Can’t reach anyone at the store and the website doesn’t help as the case numbers never get resolved. I’d rather pay another $10 for a better pizza and better service.

Where to start...Carside Order, when the tracker said it was ready, I left my house. The store is approx 2-3 minutes from my house. Sat in the parking lot with my flasher on for 20 minutes. Went inside and was told my order was not ready yet. They were waiting on 1 item. I waited another 15 minutes inside before I finally got my order. After I got home, we discovered the order was wrong. 2 pizzas were not ours, and I was missing the dipping sauces I paid for. I returned to the store and was told it would only take 5 minutes to correct. 20 minutes later, I got my missing items.

Step back to the original order, all but 1 item was completed and sitting on the rack cooling down while I waited for the one item I needed. By the time I got my order, it was slightly warmer than room temp.

I worked for this pizza place for a period of time years ago under the old owner and under the now owner Noble Food Group (NFG). All I can say is that over the past 2 years, I have noticed this place has gone downhill. Flies crawling around on the pre stretched dough sitting on racks. Dirty counters were cooked food is being placed. Dropping food out of the ovens and shrugging it off but yet shorting the customer's order. The staff don't care about the customer. The young lady who said she is the manager shrugged off a customer in front of me as she complained about her hour long wait for her 3 pizzas, and the gentlemen who had to drive to the store to get his delivery order that was never delivered (the excuse was a porch pirate took it). The manager couldn't even answer the most basic questions about my order and was confused when I said I was missing items.

I seriously hope that the owners of this establishment take complaints seriously and will make changes to improve their business. Knowing the owner, I doubt that will happen. He cuts corners and costs to make as much money as possible while letting the customer suffer for his negligence.

Pretty good pizza. Parking isn't great but service is fast. Price is really good when you order 2 or more dishes. Cheaper than little ceasers and better tasting also.

I used the mobile app to place my order tonight. It was slow and wonky, but I got it done. I was notified on my phone that the pizza was started at 9:01pm. When I arrive at the store at 9:18, the handy screen showed that my pizza ? should be finished in 10-15 minutes. The girl behind the counter asked my name and then told me it would be 20-25 minutes. When I asked about the handy pizza tracker saying less time, she replied "That's never right..." At 9:50 pm I checked in again, but my pizza wasn't ready. I noticed another worker building it behind the counter, so it hadn't even gotten started until nearly an hour after I placed the order. "Sorry for the wait," only goes so far.

I tend to get delivery around 90% of the time it comes hot and usually pretty quick hiccups with toppings is rare so far ngl I give them a good review
