My husband and I will no longer be coming to this location due to the ornament chaos today. We showed up trying to turn into the business from mid street of river rd. At 10:00 a.m. today there was traffic backed all the way up from River road all the way past the 4 way traffic signal. We witnessed multiple close calls with vehicles almost crashing. Most of all due to the selfishness of the drivers blocking traffic they bullied the middle lane drivers not allowing us to merge in as well. This is unacceptable and dangerous.

So I’ve been coming to this Dutch since the seasonal drinks came out this year. For the passed month I’ve ordered my drink and the person who puts in the order either the wrong size, or forget soft top. just a few days ago they gave my mother in law the wrong drink and tried to give me a small when I asked for large that day. She didn’t know it was the wrong drink till we got home. At least five times in one month they’ve got our drinks messed up. Then want me to use my card for a dollar over the size difference when my card will charge extra for a little amount like a dollar. And I don’t like being mean but they messed up why should I pay for their mess up? I understand mistakes happen but this often. Did I do something to upset this Dutch bros coz it sure feels like I did. I normally don’t tip until I become I a regular when I did tip they still messed up the drinks. So yeah I’m not going to tip at this location. It’s frustrating coz I worked customer service and if I have bad experience with a customer and they come back I treat them with respect. And I never recall ever ever being mean until today when I was about to snap at them but they fix my order. I’m writing this review because of too many mess ups in such a short time and they aren’t new people working there. So it feels personal at this point. this Dutch is the closest one to me that’s why I come here and for seasonal drinks.
