Went in to try one of the Hot Ones specials. Ended up with like a $20 sandwich meal that was just veggies and hot sauce. Didn't ask for no meat and also didn't get the garlic bread that was additionally paid for. Was pretty surprised when I got home and bit into my plain bread with just veggies and hot sauce. At least they couldn't mess up the chips, which was the only good part of the meal.

The last three times hv lacked im my opinion. The first two times you were out of digfering soda variety and that i can over look. This last one though has left my sandwhich unsatisfying to the point ill through the other half that i usually would of saved for dinner in the trash. With as expensive as a large sandwhich is ill choose someplace else. This is missing rehular topping that come with all heros and the stuff i asked for was missed too. Poor customer service and product today.

Overpriced. The bread tastes a little old. It's tough and chewey.
Ordered a custom sandwich and they put something on it very clearly not requested as the individual is lactose intolerant but was forced to pay for another sandwich even though they made it incorrectly. Workers even seemed upset we asked them to remake the sandwich as ordered. Pretty dissapointing as a frequent customer.

Tried calling to tell them that the pickle that came with the sandwich had leaked so much liquid that it caused the bottom half of my bread to go so soggy it was no longer edible and the consistency of bread that was left in water for an hour when i got home. When I called to see if they could help me, I got hung up on after 2 rings and then for the next 10 minutes when I tried to call back it would just say "line busy" and wouldn't let my call through. Then a few minutes later it feels like they turned off the phones because I wouldn't say line busy or anything. It would just disconnect basically immediately. At this point it feel like they are just avoiding taking any calls, since none of mine could go through. I've been going here for years and have never had this happen before and was just going to ask if there was any way to come get a new sandwich, but now, I am beyond angry and will never be coming back

I really love firehouse subs but for several months they haven’t had gluten free bread. I’m wondering if it will ever come back?
Dietary restrictions: They use to have amazing gluten free bread but haven’t had any gluten free bread for months. I’m worried they don’t carry it anymore ?
