The quality this location is sub par. The buns were dry and stale, the grilled onions were almost burnt and they used a quarter of the lettuce you would expect. Borderline gross. Definitely not worth the wait and over crowded environment. I'll save my In n Out cravings for visits to California where they take quality much more seriously.

I would say don’t go when it’s busy, but it’s always busy. Love In-n-out, wish they’d open a location closer to home but every time I’m in the Keizer area I stop and grab a burger.

I went about 12:30am, the line didn’t look very long…. I was wrong… it took 20 minutes to get up to the order board, and another 17 minutes to get through the end of the line… nearly 40 minutes of waiting even after midnight… That wasn’t fun. But the food was as good as usual. The burger was simple and wonderful and the fries tasted like freeze dried space fries… I go for the burgers.
Stephen was such an amazing, kind, and helpful person who went above and beyond! First time having in and out and it was great!

It's incredibly overpacked. It only has 1 urinal and at times has over 100 customers. There is no room to even stand. Fries are terrible, and burgers are okay. Prices are good.
Normally 5 starts but recently I’ve noticed an egg like smell and taste to the burgers and fries. Has anybody else noticed that? Not sure what that’s about.
