Honestly if you like the food and for the price the wait isn't too bad. Probably 25 minutes drive through. That was on labor day night after the last day of the fair. Ordered the double double with chopped chilis this time and it was really good. If you order the animal style fries please eat them first .

Quick service, friendly staff, and great prices. Personally I didn't like the fries and the burger was VERY messy. Still good quality, fresh ingredients, and toasty buns. I ate in the car so they gave me a fun box and I like their old-timey uniforms

In-n-out's secret ingredient to success is, (in my opinion) good customer service. The food is excellent at this location, but compared to my experiences at other locations, this one sticks out. The lines take significantly longer than most In-n-out locations, but to be fair, there is a lot of demand in the area..
the problem I have is that when you wait in line for 45 minutes, you should surely get what your ordered. Numerous times, we have waited extended periods in the drive-thru, just to get home and realize we didn't get all of our items, or the order was completey incorrect or mixed with someone else's.
I really enjoy In-n-out, so this review is a bummer for me. But this isn't Taco Bell, where you basically expect your order to be flubbed.
3 stars for the blend of service issues and inconsistent food orders.
Expectations are high. So management should be on top of this, because it's not the standard at other locations.
Food was consistent with in-in-out’s quality, however this location is absolutely filthy. I’ve dined in some of the franchise’s busiest of locations and this one needs better management.

Worst in and out I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to 6. waited 40 minutes for a cold burger uncooked fries and cold animal fries I understand busy but at least make sure the food is warm. The cheese on the animal fries was ice cold and coagulated. Very disappointing my wife’s first experience there and that’s what she got.
