Great time going in, people are always in line and cars always fill the lot and drive through. I recommend going inside to order to have the full experience. After 20 plus years of eating the burgers still taste great. This location has great food and friendly staff.

We've enjoyed In-N- Outs for over 20 years during our frequent trips to relatives in California. We stopped at the Keizer location, just north of Salem. They were jammed. We managed to get our order in pretty quickly and were told it would be a 30 - 45 minute wait. It only took about 20 minutes. This experience wasn't as great as usual since the burgers came out pretty well dead and dried out. Very unusual. We didn't have time to wait for a remake which they would have done, so next time at this location when we order, we'll make sure they know how we expect the burger to be. As usual, always very friendly and happy faces from the staff.

The place was super buzy as it always is when we visit. However they run order though very quickly so our wait of over 20 orders didn't seem that long. I do wish the fries were better though.
