I'm updating my review after coming back to this location since the initial poor experiences. I think they've solved the staffing issues and this location is back in shape! Good job Keizer Mike's!
Food a was great. Service would be a 5 star because of the team which looked understaffed at 11:26 pm 5/1/2024. The one who has awful Service was rude, short with me and very unpleasant, extremely unprofessional. She collected my payment turned to her co workers and said "I'm clocking out".She then left her team to sit down to eat. Did not welcome anyone in as did everyone else. Difficult to find parking as there aren't many accessible spots. Little tight getting around with a service dog but overall okay.Food was okay but sandwiches weren't cut all the way through which made them difficult to pull apart for me. I would have asked them to cut them again but I didn't know until after I had left as I had ordered it to go.
