Kolby's Restaurant Bar and Billiards

We used to go here often to play pool, but too many times the black male bartender seems to be racist to white people. He gives us the absolute worst service, and he only serves people he is friendly with that are not white. Tonight we decided is the last time trying Kolby’s because of this guy having such a miserable attitude. Food got served to other groups but he took over an hour and a half and he never got us just the basket of chicken strips we ordered. We asked him about it after playing pool for close to two hours, and he had the audacity to tell us we need to “say something” to remind him that we never got our food. I’ve worked plenty of bartending events and jobs and never would demand that of a customer that never got what they ordered. It is so lame. Plain and simple, the guy sucks and has to go before we’d ever consider returning. But at this point we plan to support rival businesses with billiards who don’t treat white people like second class citizens. And I realize that might seem like an exaggeration, but I swear we have great times at tons of other places with staff who aren’t racist toward white people.

Have really been enjoying the pool tables and food here. Highly recommend the prime rib sandwich. Tender and high quality meat. Pool tables seem to consistently be pretty clean with little to no stains (especially when compared to other bars that you can play pool specifically one that starts with R-I-N that is also located in Keizer.)

The staff here is awesome!! Cool crowd that comes in. I've never been a regular at a bar before this place, and it's because the atmosphere is welcoming, the entire staff have become friends and family, and the owner is very kind. 10/10 recommend Kolbys to anyone and everyone

I go here a lot and the owner, Ace, is always in good spirits. He makes a majority of the recipes himself and I've tried a variety of the menu. I have NOT been disappointed by the food once, it is so good. He takes great care of all the pool tables and they play very well everytime. The atmosphere does change depending on the day, but it is always some good energy in the air. I will recommend this restraunt and bar located in keizer to anyone and I'm confident they will NEVER be disappointed.

There is a good pool hall in the Salem/Keizer area after all! I am absolutely delighted. Stephanie was an excellent bartender, too. So glad I came in!!

Great place for a drink and play some pool

Good food, great experience, and pool tables are always in great condition to play on for leagues and individual play.

Really nice place , but the food not so. We ordered fish tacos they served us a dried up fish stick in a tortilla.

I’ve been there a few times. Don’t go on a Monday. The food takes too long to come out and it’s cold and dry. The bartender doesn’t come out and check on the customers.
