Wow! We went out of our way to try this place after reading the favorable reviews. So glad we did! We tried tacos: chicken, lengua, carne asada, & carnitas. They were all fresh, full, & delicious. The carnitas plate was generous, such a great mix of flavors with the onions & poblano peppers. The beans and rice were flavorful & worth eating. She even gave us enough tortillas! The shrimp ceviche had a lovely citrus flavor that didn’t overwhelm. And, topping it all off, the guacamole was fresh & well textured. All three salsas (red, green, & habanero) were a perfect accompaniment. We’ll be making the detour to come here again. We want to try everything!

Best tacos in Keizer hands down. We chose this place for our New Year’s Eve dinner and we’re so happy we finally tried it! Many of the local restaurants do not give you what you pay for.. quickly prepared, small portions and sides are considered as a garnish. Not this place! The staff are very kind, our marinated pork tacos, birria, rice and beans was amazing!! And sizable portions too, like the “good ol days”. We will definitely come back!!

This queen is not a cook, she is a true chef! The recipes she’s developed are a step above your normal food truck. The fried tamal was to die for. The attention to detail by the way she cuts the potato and carrots lengthwise and then she leaves the masa open a little bit so the vegis get fried as well as the masa is such a brilliant way to cook these. The verde was also very good. The beans were flavorful and smooth and the queso was perfectly melted. Her rice was fluffy and tasty. And on top of all of that she had guava jaritos. I will be back o er and over.

Went to La Cora for the first time yesterday. Ordered Gorditas de carnitas. Let me tell you, they were authentic and delicious. Crispy outer shell filled with beans, carnitas, lettuce, crumbled cheese, crema and salsa. Delicious. My new fave! Can't wait to go back to try more options on the menu. The salsa has a very good flavor and perfect amount of spice. Very friendly. They have a seating area as well. You have to give this place a try!

Ya’ll, if I had it like that, I’d hire her to be my private chef. I’ve tired nearly everything on the menu & haven’t had anything that I didn’t like! I’d go multiple times a week when renovating our house and had no kitchen - now it’s a bi-weekly go to as a treat! Cannot recommend this place enough!! Bentley’s is also right there for your coffee too!

The cart is hidden behind a building that provides lovely shade - and there’s also a nice tent with tables and chairs.

I literally just ate here an hour ago and will be full until tomorrow! I asked a few questions then ordered the chicken burrito and hands down, the best mexican food I have ever had from a truck! Better than my favorite brick and motor establishment. Fresh food, friendly lady answered my questions. Clean area around the trucks. The burrito could feed 2 people or one hungry one. I don't like spicy so I got the green sauce and it was amazing. The care in prep and food handling is top notch! This place is my forever mexican dining. Wow is all I can say.
