Sooooo good! Driving through town and stopped on a whim. Food was delicious and fresh and service was exceptionally friendly, fast, and kind. Will absolutely be stopping next time we drive through!
The food is delicious. The best place for shrimp ceviche. And my family loves their carne asada burritos. They are a bit more spendy than other food trucks but the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it.
Went to La Cora for the first time yesterday. Ordered Gorditas de carnitas. Let me tell you, they were authentic and delicious. Crispy outer shell filled with beans, carnitas, lettuce, crumbled cheese, crema and salsa. Delicious. My new fave! Can't wait to go back to try more options on the menu. The salsa has a very good flavor and perfect amount of spice. Very friendly. They have a seating area as well. You have to give this place a try!
