La Cora is amazing! Not only does the food warm my stomach but it fuels my soul! The owner is truly one of a kind! My twins LOVE her food. In fact I am pretty sure La Cora is the only meal they will sit and eat completely. Fans for LIFE!

Stopped by to try the taco plate, it was delicious!! Rice and beans were fresh! The only thing I asked if she put salsa in the to go bag and she said yes, however, I needed more than one green salsa for three tacos, next time I will ask for more!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Salem! We moved from Texas and thought we would never find a place as good as texmex food here, but we have with La Cora! Try their off menu birria chimichanga combo, you won’t regret it!!
