Food is always good and good service. Consistency across the chain.Portions are large enough for us to split a meal

I LOVE this place but the last 2 times we've tried to go there is a random drunk guy hanging out outside the restaurant/cantina trying to start fights with patrons and calling people names. I sure hope they take care of the random drunk that is driving their customers away.

Their service is good, their food is outstanding.Fresh tortillas--made right there, fresh chips, salsa and beans are put on the table when you are seated. Their platters are wonderful--my wife and I have tried two so far--we split them because there is so much food. The last platter we had was called the hacienda and it had trout and shrimp as well as steak and carnitas. It was amazing.Thank you La Hacienda Real!

I've been here a handful of times. Really love this location. So far I believe I've tried out six different dishes, they've all been sooo delicious

Like everything else prices have gone through the roof. Food is good but no Mexican food is worth the prices they're charging and the customer service on phone orders is rather poor.

Love this place! We live in Bend, and unfortunately don't have a La Hacienda Real restaurant here, but I wish we did! We stop and eat at this restaurant every chance we get when we're in Salem. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is wonderful, and you cannot beat the homemade tortillas. I grew up in the south west and these are just like the tortillas you find in Sonoran cuisine. They're THE BEST!!! I always get several dozen to bring home. Throw them on the skillet with a little butter and it's "melt in your mouth"perfection!La Hacienda Real has a large menu with so many options it's hard to choose what to try next. There are four locations-two in Salem, one in Kaiser and one in Beaverton. We've only been to the Salem location on Commercial Street, but the tortillas are served hot off the grill at each location. One last thing, be sure and tip the "Tortilla Chef" on your way out!!!

Great tasting foods with excellent service. Prices are a bit more than expected as most entrees are $20+. Nice ambiance as the theme is Latino and this place displays that wonderfully.

It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!.Food tasted fabulous.. I hesitate about Mexican food here in Oregon, but this place Is legit..Being from San Diego area you think you've had good Mexican food! This place might have topped it. I would have taken a pi ture of my Casa Grill but it was so good I ate it to fast. The homemade tortillas were the bomb and the Cadillac margarita was also great. I will be before I leave to order somthing different.

Would have been 5 stars. But we got lambasted on the costs of alcoholic drinks. Normally we take for granted a long island in this kind of establishment will be about 10 dollars. There was nothing special here about their drinks. Normal size and strength. They were 15.00 each. 30.00 for 2 cocktails. More than the food. Sticker shock. Lesson learned. Always ask about the price if its not listed. The most I have ever paid for a long Island was 12.00.

I heard that Keizer's location had 'happy hour' but couldn't find any reviews on what it included so we went the other day and had a great time. $4.95 margs, well drinks, wine, $3.95 draft beer, $4.95 select food items with purchase of drink. 2-6pm. I'll post some pics of the happy hour menu if they'll allow.

Delicious food. The spicy was mild to moderate, not as severe as they said it'd be. However, taste buds were going the flavors were so good!Service was quick and helpful. No complaints as our server was good.Lots of booths to have an intimate seating or larger tables. Not romantic per say but would be an okay date location. HUGE menu so beware you'll need some time to review it. Everything looked good.Happy eating! Will be back!

This place is knock your socks off gorgeous with all the tile work and accent pieces. I don't necessarily like spicy but I like strong flavors. The sauces are fine but they are not as complex as I would expect in a restaurant with this kind of ambiance. The hand made tortillas and Negra Modelo on draft more than make up for the rest of the meals though. Mole ranchero is made with bone in chicken. Pollo de mole is made with strips of boneless chicken.

This used to be great. Our server seemed unhappy and was not friendly. The margaritas had pretty much no alcohol. She forgot my friend's tortillas and when we finally got them, they were flour even though corn had been requested. The food wasn't hot. The black beans were as salty as the ocean. They were annoyed we asked for the bill to be split separately. And I had sticker shock when I saw that I paid more than $30 for an entree, side of guac, and margarita with no alcohol. Don't know what happened to this place... but I won't return.
