Wow, just wow, new friends took us here for lunch, off the freaking hook good!!! Everything we tried was fantastic, family owned and they are killing it there!! Leaving Salem tomorrow or I would be back weekly to this place!! Excellent margaritas and chips and salsa is the best I've had anywhere, period!! I had a Salvadorian dish that was so good I was sorry to leave! If you get a chance don't miss this place!! I cannot recommend this place enough, 10 stars!!

Everything about this restaurant SCREAMS phenomenal. The food speaks for itself. I had the bistec, a tamale, a chile relleno, and most of all the papusa revuelta....enriched flavor that leaves you wanting to come back. The atmosphere is welcoming and the hand paintings on the chairs are beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a warm Latin dish in the area❤️ P.S. Not to mention the margaritas with noticeably fresh muddled orange. 🥰

I absolutely love eating here. The owner is wonderfully kind. She's consistently out among her customers caring for them. Her family seems to all be a part of running the establishment. It is a very traditional experience for food. I have not had a single dish that I wasn't super happy with. The Shasadilla and chimichanga are my favorite dishes. However, I've eaten at least 15 different things on that menu and been super happy with everything I've had. The chips, beans and salsa that you're given pre-meal are wonderful and fresh. Also, if you're into the beginning of the year, you get your photo up all year as the first customers of the new year.
