The only nice person on the 13th of August at about 3pm today was the manager with the neck tattoos my burger was messed up and she was very nice and fixed it for me and most other people were rude and some staff are dropping stuff arguing and having to remake lots of burgers and orders and I’ve never seen pink in a burger from McDonald’s till today, some staff are also being lazy and wouldn’t bring us our order when she was supposed to I give lots of props to the few staff members that are doing a great job like the manager and a few others

Terrible customer service I stop by midnight on the drive thru they asked me if I’m using the mobile app I said yes and gave them the code but they never take my order I keep saying hello but they just ignore me don’t recommend this they are doing terrible job and leave me hanging

I actually really like the staff here but as so many others have stated.. please stop burning the buns to hide how stale they are lol I expect it to happen once in a while but consistently every visit for the past few months...Horribly stale buns that are charred. Every time.

Horrible service, employee in the drive thru was rude, fries were cold and they over filled my drink, put the lid on and handed it to me wet and sticky
The drive through staff were absolutely disrespectful and unnecessarily rude. They asked twice if we had the app and my mom told them no politely and then raised her voice slightly to make sure they heard her when they asked her again she was in no way yelling or being rude. And they treated her absolutely horribly and had the worst attitude I've seen at a place like this. I understand they dont get paid very much and they dont wanna be there and the job opportunites are slim lately but come on people grow up.

The workers there are not but inconsiderate. I ordered a few different things and one of them was a shake. When she handed me the shake it was COVERED!! in ice cream dripping down all the sides. It slide right out of my hand onto the floor. She then produced to look at me and say well why did you drop it? That is ridiculous. Maybe give me a drink that is acutally in the container and not dripping down the sides.
