As I sit here for the second day in a row waiting, I'll type this out. Do not go to the right. 2 days in a row I watched the left lane take 2 cars orders and tell me to wait. Both times I backed out of my lane to get to the left side and had my order immediately taken, but both times there are now 2 cars in front of me that arrived after me. Y'all need to get it together. I skipped this place for over a year but had begun to give them another shot. Don't have 2 lanes if you're only going to use one.

Just stopped in the drive-thru for a quick lunch and the lady taking payment was so friendly, I just needed to recognize her kindness! Food was wicked quick, even with my last second addition of fries! Great experience, thanks guys!

This was the worst and slowest service ever! We waited in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes because once you get in line and cars are behind you there is no getting out; then when we got to the pickup window were asked to pull around front to wait for the “hot “ fries coming out. We waited another 15 minutes and still no order. While waiting in the spot in front a car was backing out of its space (which there is very little room) and came within inches of hitting us while I’m laying on my horn! Then I went inside to find my order the girl in the front was afraid to get the manager because she wasn’t allowed in the kitchen area and would get in trouble. I again asked her and she finally did get him. The manager said he was sorry and offered a meal coupon for our trouble along with our order.

I waited for 47 minutes. I’m not one to tap my foot and get impatient, but the store was busy, not packed, and the only people receiving orders were DoorDash drivers. I understand they were understaffed and it’s busy, but not a soul got their meal, I’m sure the food would have been the same, just above mediocre, if it ever made it to the window. The lights hurt my eyes and chatter also bothered me, which resulted with me leaving with a headache. I ended up going to a different location and received my order in five minutes. Won’t come back. :/

first of all, they hand us the wrong drinks and then take them back. Second of all, we waited more than usual. I am extremely patient, I respect food workers more than a lot of other people do. However they then went and forgot an item we had ordered. Just ridiculous. I went through the drive thru because of a foot injury, I had to get off and ask for my missing item. Not coming here again.
