I can’t believe a fish sandwich which costs as much as a cheeseburger now only gets a half slice of cheese instead of a whole slice. It’s not even real cheese and they are trying to save money a half slice at a time. I’m through with Mac Donald’s so freaking cheap

The lady who took my order was extremely rude and didn’t even take my order. I asked for a sweet tea and 10 piece and she charged me for both but only gave me the tea. When I showed her the receipt and asked for my food she rolled her eyes and said there was “nothing she could do”. Like what do you mean. This is just ridiculous. This McDonald’s has been one of my worst experiences.

Went through the drive-through ordered a basic value meal drink was only filled up 3/4 of the way ask them to fill it up all the way they said the machine was automated and they couldn’t fill it up anymore. Then ended up driving away about 5 miles and found out by a large fries was only filled halfway drive back to McDonald’s. Literally had an employee saying it’s that guy again being very rude to me through the process of getting a full fries. If I’m going to spend money, I expect to get my full values worth not 3/4 of it. Please don’t just respond with use this link it doesn’t accomplish anything. Have the franchise owner actually reach out to me that’s the way you properly resolved issues.

I know it’s McDonald’s and you really can’t expect much but the fact that I have spent enough money here to have points for free food should be enough reason to have actual help from an employee. The fact that I claimed my rewards in restaurant but then couldn’t actually get my order, is quite stupid. They have signs saying to use their little kiosk because the employees don’t wanna have to take your order, I’m also on my lunch so I thought it would be a fast option, But after I entered my code to redeem my free food, the kiosk wouldn’t process it…. I brought it to an employees attention And she’s telling me to try all these things that I already know will not work like “use a different kiosk, let’s try at the counter” because once you redeem your points on the app, those points are gone and you can’t even get another code to redeem other points for 15 minutes and I had to explain that to the employee. I was simply asking if they can override it or if they can give me my points back but they just stare at you you’re the idiot. I literally had to tell her she didn’t understand what I was talking about and that i would no longer like to order food because it took me my entire lunch break to explain this lady’s job to her.

Asked for a burger with no pickles and extra onions. I received extra pickle and no onions??? Do we know how to read even says it on the sandwich it’s self kinda ridiculous also asked for 2 honey mustard and got hot mustard wouldn’t be a big deal but you guys charge for sauces so can you guys do you jobs better……..

That McDonald's never disappoints except for never having their ice cream machine fixed or having a shake available whenever wanting one. But that goes for every McDonald's I've ever come across.

Worst McDonalds around. They just cannot get an order right. The whole staff is not good at their jobs. You are going to want to check your order before you leave and make sure you get a receipt

Good food nice clean tables was good until I went into the women’s room where there was horrible stench that nearly knocked me out, on one or the toilet there’s a putrid smell where there’s green mold all over the toilet? Or something but what ever it is is disgusting and they need to get that toilet replaced immediately, the disabled toilet was fine no weird coloring or smell but the other one… so vile,

But the food was good and service was great.
