The hamburgers are delicious but the french fries are like they have been soaking in greece.

Fries cold and way to salty.. burgers were cold as well and very mediocre at best. Way to expensive for a half ass burger and fries. Burger basket has better burgers and fries.. at least there's are done correctly. I won't be back.

First timer, amazing food! Everything was so fresh, order didn’t take long and customer service was wonderful. Definitely top of the list for burger joints.

Love the fries/ hate the size (of the pattys)
They also refuse to grill the jalapenos which I find strange because they're already grilling the onions.

Slow as hell. They say 5 to 8 minutes and mean 20. I took one bite and chucked it

Came in tonight with my kids, and was blown away by our food. We came in apparently during the busy time of the evening, as the line was almost out the door (truly a testament to the food). Our food took about 10 minutes to get from the time we ordered, and it was well worth the short wait. Burgers were juicy, milkshakes were on point, and our Cajin fries were crispy and delicious. Will definitely be back soon!!!!

Normally it's all good this location is one of there worse locations. Frys weren't even cooked burger tasted awfully. When I go to salem there way better . This location needs new cooks that care. Just won't ever go back to this location ever again.

My family of 3 each ordered chicken wraps (Lettuce instead of buns). Mine was missing bacon, cheese & relish, my husbands was missing bacon and cheese, and my kids was missing cheese and had the wrong sauce. Also, all the lettuce was just sitting on top of everything instead of wrapping everything. We all ordered Cajun fries. All of them were plain fries.

The food was still good, just not what we ordered. I don't know what's going on at this location, but this was unusually bad. We tried calling them to let them know, but the phone just kept ringing until an automated voice asked for a passcode. So, I guess a review is all I am able to do.
