The food was literally amazing! You get what you pay for that's for sure, best burger joint I've been too! The fries were also amazing

I've actually never done a review but felt the need for management to know the keizer store has terrible customer service. I was not even acknowledged when walking in or at the register. The female cashier just dead stared at me without a word took my order just dismissed me. My toddler and I just wanted to have a mama son lunch date. The whole crew lost out on a tip because of her lack of good service. It is 12 18pm on Monday the 18th of August, keizer store female cashier didn't catch her name.

Well the chicken strips, onion rings and fries all taste normal againđ I'm assuming they figured out what was going on with their fryer grease! Good thing too I like this place. They're salads are amazing!!

After seeing the billboard multiple times by the In-N-Out, I finally gave it a try. The restaurant was very-very clean, and the staff were friendly and easy going.
The house made fries were a stand out, I thought it was great that they had the fry sauce âon tapâ next to ketchup pump. I also really liked how you could customize any burger with caramelized onions, jalapeños, mushrooms etc.. Two thumbs up on the meal. If youâre aimlessly looking for somewhere to eat with your spouse and read this review, here is the nudge you need to give it a try!

My wife and I came to this place for the first time (Recommended by a friend) we live in Newberg, which is about 35 or 40 minutes from the Keiser location. When we got home we were disappointed to find that we were missing a large order of fries and the jalapeño ranch that I requested on the side was also not there. Aside from that, everything was great! Good food, nice employees. If it weren't for us not getting everything we ordered, this would be a 5* review!

Voted the best burger in the valley, and they earned it. Real good fries, a meal in itself. If I get one of the big burgers, it's enough for 2 meals.

The store is always clean and the table is always ready to sit down and eat.
Our order was messed up at this location, not once, but twice in the same day. We are disappointed and sense the person up front may need some additional training.
I called to place a pick up order typically they say the location but I placed my order over the phone because I was in a hurry to get back to work when I got to the Keizer location I realized it was the wrong location and called right away to see I could have a refund or pick up later or the next day the location I ordered from was south Salem and I wouldnât have time to pick it up. I was told I would get a call back to see what my options were I never received a call so I called the next time and Nancy the owner said I would have to repurchase my order. I was a loyal customer and thought that maybe they would allow a different time or day pick up but apparently she cares more about money than customers. Did not expect that. I will be going to five guys from now on.
Ordered big bacon burger, was completely soggy in the bun , ,the fries were super over cooked .. I remember when Nancys was first Poppin around town they use to hook you up with fries too. I get it prices go up but still.. I typically love the food but this last time was super disappointing..
