IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS FOR THIS REVIEW, I WOULD!!!!!!I had numerous encounters with poor service at this restaurant, including an unprofessional cashier at the Keizer location who was rude to me during my visit three weeks ago. I arrived at the Keizer location at 7:25pm and didn't get my 2 burgers and medium until 7:53pm! The burgers were cold and fries stale. The cashier who took my cash walked into the kitchen and helped put food in bags without washing her hands! She was also talking about customers complaining and they were laughing.I called the next day to place a complaint but nobody answered the phone after I tried calling the restaurant 20+ times. I finally called the Commercial St. location and was told that the owner would call me back. I never heard from the owner or anyone else.I will not be returning to this fast food establishment due to the subpar quality of the food and service. I prefer to patronize Five Guys, who consistently provide excellent service and food.Goodbye Nancy's Burgers!

Ordered large fries and a salad. The fries they put in the to-go bag were a ridiculously tiny portion that I didn't even see until I got home because I hadn't opened the bag (stapled and shut with a sticker). I drove all the way back from home and had to wait an extra 20 minutes FOR FRIES. When I told the girl, she didn't even care! Just asked me to wait. No concern, no sorry at ALL.I JUST WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY TRY TO JIP LIKE THIS! I ended up ordering at 7:13pm and didn't get all my food until just before 8pm. They didn't even fill the bag like they usually would. The Lamest experience I've had here!!!Images: one of the small portion and other of a comparison with the "Large" portion.In response: I didn't ask for any type of CUP. And the only person having an entire conversation with the girl at the counter was a woman with a ponytail. The only thing I did was ask for my order.Prior to picking up my order, I was waiting in the parking lot for over 15. minutes. Coming back, because of their error, took me more time; back and forth. Furthermore, I had to wait another 20 minutes while I watched them making more mistakes with the woman having said conversation. Then I asked if my order was another bag. The miscommunication and inability to follow through with accuracy on such a simple order is ridiculous. Moreover, the attempt to alter the facts. Just shows that the values this business holds is at minimum questionable.

Good French fries.However, I had a specific discussion about there jalapeños used, and ordered jalepenos on the 'bacon cheeseburger' . My burger came with absolutely NO bacon - which I was charged for on the receipt, and NO jalepenos at all. I felt lucky to get cheese... Really? If I hadn't been in a hurry I'd have said something.
