I made the mistake of ordering on the mobile app. Don't do this if you want food in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't start the mobile orders until there was a lull in their dinner rush, so over 10 people sat there waiting for mobile orders for over 30 minutes. Just order in person.

ordered a bigger plate with side of chowmein and both entrees being mushroom chicken but plate had very little chowmein and like 2 pieces of chicken in the mushroom chicken mostly all veggies and mushrooms Not cool :(

We came here at 11:15 pm on Nov 8th. The first photo is how we received our bigger plates. Not even full portions & we were missing our 3rd entrees. We went back, and they remade them but blamed it on the new guys. I thought they were supposed to check it before handing it to the customer. Just check your food before you leave. I never usually have to worry about it while coming here. Just keep that in mind if you live a distance away from them.

There was only 1 car ahead of me and we waited 20min. In line. I had too get out of the drive-thru and go inside. By the time we got our food the car that it was in front of me was bearly at the window.

For not being that busy I would have expected better customer service and better quality food. The chow mein was greasy and no flavor with mainly greasy noodles and a few chunks of cabbage. The teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki at all and was dry/overcooked. It’s a good thing i barely got any food, because it was gross. I called the store to ask for a refund or credit and was told I needed to email guest services, this was back on August 28. Today Is October 2nd.
5 emails later and I’ve never heard from anyone! So unfair to pay for goods and services to receive such crap.

I came in to the restaurant to buy dinner, the place is a horrible. I went in their restroom to wash my hands, they don’t have hand soap, paper towels or hand sanitizer. I asked the workers what happened today? Why there’s no hand soap and paper towel available? They just don’t care, probably they don’t wash their hands to make the food. I won’t ever comeback to Panda Express…….
