The Panda Express restaurants in the Salem area are probably owned by the same people I'm guessing. The food is always hot, it's fresh, never a problem getting enough condiments. Consistently happy with my orders.

Food was barely warm and the noodles were hard and rubbery. Staff was standing offish and was rushing me while the store and drive through was completely empty. Plus everything is paper now so the whole bottom of my togo box was soaked through

I made the mistake of ordering on the mobile app. Don't do this if you want food in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't start the mobile orders until there was a lull in their dinner rush, so over 10 people sat there waiting for mobile orders for over 30 minutes. Just order in person.

ordered a bigger plate with side of chowmein and both entrees being mushroom chicken but plate had very little chowmein and like 2 pieces of chicken in the mushroom chicken mostly all veggies and mushrooms Not cool :(

We came here at 11:15 pm on Nov 8th. The first photo is how we received our bigger plates. Not even full portions & we were missing our 3rd entrees. We went back, and they remade them but blamed it on the new guys. I thought they were supposed to check it before handing it to the customer. Just check your food before you leave. I never usually have to worry about it while coming here. Just keep that in mind if you live a distance away from them.
