I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by what I witnessed at Royal Pub in Keizer @7:20 pm 5/29/25 My stepdad was almost physically attacked by 3 individuals. A staff member stood by and allowed it to happen without intervening or calling for help. Instead, the worker failed to protect a patron and didn’t take basic action to ensure everyone’s safety. We expect pubs to be a place where people can enjoy themselves safely, but this experience showed a serious failure in responsibility and basic decency. I urge the management to review this incident and take appropriate steps to make sure nothing like this happens again.

The dining room was closed. Had to sit in the hot sun, and they didn't have shade umbrellas. Waitress did bring water for my service dog. The food was good, though.

I went in waited to be seated with nobody in front of me for ten minutes, then walked to a table and sat waiting for 15 more minutes the waiter noticed me sitting there and just smiled as he walked by but never stopped to give me a menu or a glass of water. Avoid this place .
