Friendly happy people! Baristas here are so genuine and always make me and my daughters visit a happy one. If you can't find the drink that tickles your fancy, they'll help you by explaining each and every drink without missing a beat. And their sugar-free drinks are amazing when I am doing keto!

This review is only for Kyah! She’s such a blessing to this Starbucks!! I’ve had horrible experiences here but it’s so close to home so we still come. She’s so knowledgeable with allergies and corrected another barista before a tragic cross contamination happening. Very sweet and kind, fast worker!

This is a terrific Starbucks. Team was very friendly. Because it's on River Road, it's noisy to sit outdoors due to traffic noise. Parking is a bit unusual. Decent amount of interior seats. They forgot to add syrup to my friend's coffee but quickly remedied the situation when brought to their attention. My iced vanilla latte was delicious ? the warmed blueberry scone was beyond good .

The Watcher

Normally pretty decent service here, been going about once a week for going in three years, but today I ordered a pour over and was told it would take a little bit. A little bit turned out to be 32 minutes. They helped over 20 maybe upwards of 40 customers before getting me my coffee. Iv worked at a coffee shop before. Under no circumstances should a pour over take that long. They just plain forgot and eventually remembered to make my drink.

Was given an insincere sorry we got busy when I mentioned that 32 minutes is not a little bit. Also they messed up on the size of my drink. I asked for a large and got a medium. I was charged for a medium but I should be able to say my order clearly and concisely and have it interpreted correctly.

Coffee was weak and they went real light on the half and half.

Just a bit chafed the zero effort was made to make it right. Like at least fake being sorry at the very least lmao? Even I can do that much in a customer facing job

The drinks are great. The coupons in the app are awesome. The people are great and the play some old jams. My only gripe would be the lobby is loud, like very loud. And the chairs kind of suck.

Never have I had a Starbucks refuse a PuppaChino for a dog, especially one that was crossing the rainbow bridge that very day. Thank God for Dutch Bros who gave my dog not 1, but 2 pup cups.Will not be back

I ordered Uber since I’m sick. I always go to this location as it’s my favorite and always have a good experience. I was disappointed to see that before I took a sip out of my coffee that both were very low. I paid for Vente coffees and it looks like a grande was poured into the venti cups instead.

i usually go to this starbucks before i go to work in the morning. i usually never have any problems - and the food and drinks are always made correctly. but today i had a very bad experience with kailee who was running the drive thru. i placed my order through the app which said it would be ready at 6:30 i went into the drive thru a couple mins past 6:30, and when i got to the speaker Kailee asked me what i would like to get started, i let her know i was here to pick up an order, in which she said “ummm.. usually our pickup orders take like… 10 minutes to make… so you will have to wait” her tone was very rude, she didn’t tell me to pull forward or anything.i have no problems with waiting - i just don’t understand why she would word it like that. i’ve worked in drive thrus before and a good way to address this would be to say “we are still working for it but we will see you at the window” or “it’s taking a little longer than expected, if you could pull up to the window it might be a short wait”very disappointed in Kailees customer service skills, especially after being a customer to this starbucks for so long :/

Most of the time I have a good experience at this store but I asked the barista very nicely named “Tot” if I could please get my drink remade and she snatched it out of my hand with a poor attitude. This isn’t the first time this particular partner has been rude to us. Natalie the store manager is really great though along with some other baristas so I continue to come back.
