It's really just worth it to drive the extra few miles to go to the keizer station location. 9/10 times my coffee here is super gross and poorly made unfortunately. I don't have this issue at any location except this one and another in Salem. I came here multiple times over the course of a few weeks (I don't usually but I had a gift card) and almost every time the coffee was just really badly made and tasted terrible. Going to keizer station for years and there's only a handful of times I've really gotten a gross coffee there. The location is also pretty inconvenient if you have to go left from the parking lot as you'll have to cross 3 lanes of traffic minimum but that's not their fault, just an annoyance

This Starbucks closes early they post their hours as 6a-7p. I arrived at 6:35pm and the barista keep telling me that they are closed and refused service. Please get a competent employee. Thank

Worst Starbucks!! They close early all the time, and they never have the lobby open!! Six people at work and they talk about a labor shortage!?! Now they don't even use that excuse, it's just closed...I don't care how "friendly" the staff is frankly!!

Love my local Starbucks!! ❤️ ☕The drinks are consistently good and the service is friendly. Even when we've had a mess-up to our order, they always handle it. This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually ? - due to staffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch customer service!!!People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen. But how they are handled is what counts! ❤️ Starbucks wins with their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are lacking this in so many establishments these days. I'm so grateful that Starbucks continues to set the standard for customer service.?
