The warming station staff did an excellent job with the Italian sausage egg bites. They were prepared perfectly and absolutely delicious. Compliments to whoever was responsible

Came in for a hot tea. The guy at the front was really bad service, dazed, not friendly. I didn’t think he just was really out of it. I went to the restroom and then I came back. I got my food. Waited another 10 minutes for my hot tea. Then I asked the barista he forgot my tea. I had shown her the receipt. It said green tea with two pumps of vanilla when I got home, he gave me chamomile tea with no vanilla. The area to pour cream was really messy. All the garbage is out was really full and overflowing. Just seemed kind of dirty walking in so early in the morning and just really upset with my order and the whole process altogether. I just tried calling the number to speak to a manager, and it goes straight to your busy signal, but this was really out of context for Starbucks

Employees were hostile and unwelcoming. I came in after being in a car crash and I bought a Frappuccino. I had to sit at this god awful Starbucks and wait for my ride and all the while the employees (particularly the young man, idk his name; suspiciously, no name tags???) were giving me dirty looks and making me feel super uncomfortable. Pretty solid Frappuccino tho, no thanks to the male employee… Weird experience overall, top 10 things I won’t be repeating.

I don’t usually have bad experiences with this location, and actually prefer it because of their staff—-
Today I placed a mobile order at 4:09. I work in the area, and I clocked out for my 30 minute lunch break at 4:12, intending to grab my drink and then go eat.
I got to Starbucks, and my drink wasn’t done until 4:39, 3 minutes before my break ended. I spent the rest of my break driving back to my job.
I ordered a matcha latte, and I understand they were slammed, and frankly don’t blame the workers on duty at all— as they’re all teenagers or young adults and there was only 3-4 of them and I’m no stranger to being short staffed. But seriously? 30 minutes for an $8 drink? Do better Starbucks.

I rolled up to the drive-thru just looking for a simple tall iced mocha with almond milk… and what I got was nothing short of a spiritual experience. That drink was DELIGHTFUL. The moment it hit my taste buds, I was transported straight to Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory—except instead of falling in the river, Augustus Gloop was doing a joyful tap dance across my tongue. It was creamy. It was chocolatey. It was mocha magic in a cup. My mouth is still sending thank-you notes. To whoever made that masterpiece: may your coffee always be strong, your Wi-Fi always be fast, and your pillow forever be cold. You are my hero.

My mother and I had gone through this drive thru today and we ordered two of the grande summer skie drinks. Upon receiving the drinks we noticed that it was filled to the brim with ice, we had ordered them specifically with light ice. I’m not sure why this happened. The staff seemed very friendly, so it was a bit of a disappointment that the product didn’t match the service.

i never leave bad reviews because i always try to give people the benefit of the doubt because i as-well am in food service and unfortunately understand how overwhelming and annoying things and customers can be at times but i never speak condescending or don't know how to speak to a customer.
for starters around 420pm today i went through the drive through with my friend who happened to also work at a different Starbucks location and politely ordered a tall iced London fog latte and asked for cold foam as-well (this is something directly on the menu not some random thing i made up) the lady on the headset was polite and told me steeping the tea bag will take 5 minutes which im very aware of and had zero problem waiting because we know how the tea works:)
then the lady asked if i could pull around so they could steep it and bring it out to me and i asked if it would be easier for them if i just came inside and waited! the lady was saying something and immediately got cut off by someone else on a headset who goes “ SO STEEPING A TEA BAG TAKES 5 WHOLE MINUTES SO WE HAVE TO POUR HOT WATER AND WAIT 5 MINUTES SO IF YOU AREN’T WILLING TO WAIT WE CAN MAKE YOU SOMETHING ELSE” as she started listing random options.
“i said ..um im okay with waiting.. the london fog is fine!:)
she says okay
and i say could i please get soft top on that aswell”
…i never once was impolite i gave constant please and thank yous and i never complained or made any face or fuss about having to wait i was trying to ask if i could make things easier for them by coming inside
which is what i said “im aware but i was wondering if you guys would prefer me to wait outside or just come inside so none of you guys have to come outside” as she responded “ *scoff* it honestly doesn’t even matter either one”
i just said okay at that point and thank you
i then came inside to no greeting just death stares. it was not busy nor were there anymore but one car behind me and 2 people at tables inside
a lady with black rimmed glasses and her hair up made my drink and was slamming/ kicking past things on the ground and throwing trash and tossing sugar packet garbage around it was so odd
got my drink and left
overall the worst service experience i’ve actually ever had anywhere it was just very condescending and attitude filled and it seemed like this person was just lazy and didn’t want to make my drink which is fine i understand but i was never rude or snappy with her.
normally starbucks workers are so nice or just silent which is understandable but this was unnecessary overall
both of us left confused and disappointed with the service incredibly

Baristas not very friendly/Update tried again and even with 7 people working could not take my order tho' I stood at the register for 5 minutes. My wife used the restroom and someone pissed all over the commode, seat and all.
NEVER AGAIN.

Quick access from the freeway, drive through and sit down tables available. This is a pretty standard Starbucks. Small. Quick. Efficient. The staff greets everyone when they arrive, and it's generally a little louder with people talking and coffee machines humming. A pleasant place, and conveniently located. I only wish they would bring back additional sugar free options. Currently they one ONE sugar free syrup, vanilla. Even if if they added a single additional sugar free syrup I would probably buy drinks more often.
