I had such a wonderful experience here the other day! I told the barista Katie at the window I had a birthday reward, and she was so sweet she even wrote on my cup. It made my day. My latte was made perfectly too. Good job Starbucks for hiring such a lovely young lady! ? I’ll have to stop by again.
I had a wonderful experience in here last November with Arnold. I went to order my usual drink when he recommended a variation of it which I had never heard of before, so I tried it, and it was amazing! Then, when I got my food a bit later, he apologized for it taking a little longer (even though I didn’t think it took very long) and gave me a free cake pop. I came in earlier today to order, and it seemed like there were only two baristas. They were both super nice though and welcomed me in, and the girl doing drinks was super friendly and chatted with me even while making drinks. Definitely one of the nicer Starbucks in Salem!!!
