This was the worst time ever at a subway. 5 problems 1 right after the other. I went to get 7 sand. For my grandkids & I. 1. They only had white bread, and this was the starting of dinner hour(5:30). 2. they had no more chunk chicken 4 our chicken bacon sandwiches. 3. No shredded cheddar cheese. 4. The soda machine was out of order. 5. Then we were told we couldn't use our coupon because it had already been used before and that definitely was not true! The sandwiches were tough and hard and not at all what I wanted for dinner. $42 down the drain, I should have just left it and walked out and not paid for it!

Place an online order Black female working, calls me to say they are out of a product, would I like a different sandwich I’m like ok I’ll go in to see since I was on my way to pick up my original order, I got there and since I got one that was off on the price she decided to refund me and told me to do everything online once again. Bad customer service. Went from being number one subway back down like the one in Keizer station. Drove just to get it my money refunded she didn’t want to do her job. No action on helping the customer. Not a problem solver.

I am a frequent customer at this location and every time I go there the staff (especially Jen & Jen) are very friendly, courteous and seem to be mindful of making my sandwich right every time. Also, The place is always clean, which is important to me (more important than an operable ice machine) and they always try and decorate for the seasons, which is nice.

I see some other reviews on here bagging on them for not having their ice machine operable, but I'll bet most people out there don't realize that this is a cooperate franchise and corporate are the ones to blame for this, not the employees. If corporate is paying attention to reviews, please support this location in getting them what they need to be able to fully service their customers.
I will remain a loyal customer!

They get orders wrong all the time. Rude employees and horrible atmosphere! Doesn’t open on time.

Kid-friendliness: Not enough seating and space. Rude to kids even if they are being nice

We went in just this morning and the lady who served us I have no idea what her name is but she had a spider tattoo #1 she was telling me how to make my sandwich giving me weird looks when I asked for my veggies #2 I tried to tell her double meat and she wouldn’t listen at all and shook her head #3 my fiancé ordered a tuna with double meat and she gave him the regular portion of tuna and when we said politely hey we said double meat please she said oh we don’t have that , no wonder they don’t have 50% of there products when all the employees are outside smoking cigarettes and they never washed there hands gross , never going there again

We (family of 4) originally went to the Subway on River Rd and Sam Orcutt way, the front door was locked and the young man working at the counter said he couldn't open it, but the side door was open. We found out, but after being so helpful we decided we would go to another location.
We ended up at Creekside Village, (where both doors were unlocked) and were happily accommodated by Aidan, very helpful and friendly, made sure all of our orders were correct, (sometimes we can be a little picky), it was very nice after the experience at the other store.

I have been coming to this subway for a long time every day and I have seen how they have changed staff many times, they finally made a good selection of staff, I come every day at different times, and I have met everyone who currently works I must say that They have served me well and made my sandwiches both online and in person, everyone who works here is great people, I had barely dared to leave a comment today and I was reading the comments, thank you for your good service guys and don't be sad with rude people and don't even fight, many people don't know what customer service work is like and they only have their minds full of frustrations that they vent on you.

I was going to comment something good about this store, but a comment I read from Jay made me angry. Yesterday I went to the subway and if they had mayonnaise and their vegetables were always perfect, and when they weren't, the same employees told you and gave you another option. to choose, one time I came and got into a fight with a person who was angry with the employees for not accepting a coupon because the man wanted a coupon where you can't have a standard sandwich, he told the employee to give him his sandwich that he wanted and when it cane to charge she would only change it for another one, she said that she couldn't do that, he yelled at her and told her that they made it at kizer station and he said rude things to her so I left my food and got up. I defended it until the police arrived, the people are rude and for things that are beyond the reach of the employees, my sandwiches are always perfect, my online orders too, the store is clean, they have all the products enabled. so I want to thank you all for your good work, keep it up.

Had the worst experience there. The young man who was helping me was new so I was taking my time with him and my order... Some girl just jumped in and was really rude and was pushing him to hurry and he started making mistakes. I asked him for some cookies so she reached in and took them, so I noticed there were 2 left so I asked for those and she pushed him away and took the other 2 for an online order. Asked him for meals and forgot so she pushed him out the way again and was rude talking to me and charging me... No # to call so did an online complaint.

ordered online got there pick it up. Order wasn’t ready I seen one of the 6 inch sandwiches that I ordered was sitting on the counter exposed well the young man that was working there was making three other sandwiches for somebody that walked in just before I walked in the door, my order was supposed to be ready at 8 PM. I was there at 7:58 PM, the 6 inch was a Turkey. It had to send slices of turkey on the sandwich that was it and cheese foot-long was supposed to been a Philly. I watched him put the meat and cheese on the bread and he was getting ready to put it in the oven when I ask him to put the onions and bell peppers on it, he told me they were out and then he went to start stick it in there still I should know I do not want a Philly without the peppers and onions , I looked at the vegetables and seen they were out of several different items. When I asked for my money back he got rude. I told him to call his manager because I was not leaving without a receipt showing the order was canceled. He told me I had to cancel it online. There’s no way to cancel an order online once it’s been paid for , he called his manager. She came in. She look like she might’ve been 18 years old if that she was very rude and aggressive to she told me I had to cancel the order online. I told her my phone I said there’s no place on here if you could find it and show me how to do it she then went to her cash register and voided the order I will never return to the store again if if this is the way the store is going to be run this is not the first time this is happened. It happened a year ago so I quit going to it then decide to give it another shot. Big mistake. It’s still ran the same way they run out of product and they try to say it’s because they did not get all of their order. Finally got there and they were finished making them the way he was trying to make them with no vegetables on them. I would not have known until I got home. I should’ve been notified that they did not have the proper vegetables to create. Just sandwiches I ordered not harass me and be rude to me when I asked for my money to be returned to me.
