Came here for lunch because I love Taco Bell. Of this was my first ever experience at Taco Bell I would never eat their food again. Taco Bell is known for eating it after you order especially the regular hard tacos because the meat makes the shell soggy and breaks easy. When I tell you I got my taco and opened up and it was pre broken I was so upset also the other food I had was cold. Talk about the worse experience I won’t be returning to this location.

The drive thru was backed up into the street so we opted to go inside. We have now been waiting for our food for 30 minutes. With that being said they have pushed at least 25 cars thru the drive thru. Basically what I'm getting from the situation is that customers that come inside don't matter as much as the ones in the drive thru and talking about the mike Tyson fight is much more important than doing your job.

Location is junk, hired a handful of people but still cant get orders out. They love to take their 10-15 min breaks right at rush hour. Horrible 30+ minute wait times.

There is an employee there named Ashley voris who does drive thru I believe. She is just so amazingly helpful, polite, and she is definitely a team player. She gets the whole crew amped up when the food gets to the window. Their food is the best out of all of the taco bells in Salem. This kiezer location is the best
