Cannot stand the customer order kiosks. Food was very mediocre, one clean table in entire dining room and employees on break watching videos on their phone with volume too load for dining space. Sadly, Taco Bell has fallen off my fast food spectrum 😒

Food was terrible. Service was terrible and order was wrong! My grandson had a meat burrito that we found french fries in it. Not to mention the place was filthy. I would never come back here! I don’t think any of the employee can read or conduct an intelligent conversation. This place needs to be turned into the health department and the owner needs to be investigated for illegal practices.

Went to Taco Bell not last night but night before (Nov 2) and my order was actually made perfectly, hence the 2 stars, even though the nacho fries were only half filled and stuff- it’s probably the only time I could finish a Taco Bell meal and be satisfied….
That is until I woke up yesterday horrible nauseous. I hadn’t gotten much sleep so I blamed it on that but after waking up today post getting 12 hours of sleep— I still feel terrible sick to my stomach. I don’t know if it’s because of the Taco Bell but considering I haven’t really eaten a meal since— the signs are pointing to it. Just be wary.

Not even worth 1 Star – Absolutely Disgusting Experience at Taco Bell in Keizer, OR I went into this Taco Bell around 7:15 p.m. and ended up waiting 45 minutes for a small order because they gave my food to someone in the drive-thru. No apology, no urgency — just employees standing around acting clueless. During that time, four other customers came in, complaining that their orders were incorrect or missing entirely, including those who had ordered through the app. Every taco bell around Salem always seems to mess things up. When I finally got my food and started eating, I found a hair buried underneath my nachos — not on top, but hidden under the cheese. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This location is a total disaster — filthy, disorganized, and run by people who clearly don’t care. Taco Bell should be ashamed to have its name on this place. I'm never eating at a TacoBell anywhere in Oregon ever again.

kennedy the manager was delightful and went inside on her break to get our order after the lobby had closed. alicia the server was also incredibly nice and helpful. the food is spot on and this was the best taco bell experience me and my girlfriend have had in a very long time.

This Taco Bell location used to be super reliable, but for the last 6 months or more, they have consistently forgotten at least one of the items I'd ordered. Just the other day I wanted to try a new burrito they had on the menu, only to get home and find that they hadn't even given me it. Major bummer everytime.
