Worked at tacobell, know when workers are being lazy. Doesnt take a genius to tell when theres four people standing by the line on their phones while im waiting 5+ minutes to get my drink cup with a mobile order. Wasnt being subtle either. Whats more, I get home and they completely missed one of my burritos. Ridiculous service for one of the slowest Tacobells in salem.

Please teach your employees how to put hot sauce in a bag. I'm not asking for the world. I just want the hot sauce added to my delivery when I ask for it. Taco Bell is my main fast food spot. And you forget the hot sauce on my delivery every single time. I don't want to have to pay for delivery, pay a tip, and then drive to the store to get some hot sauce because you can't figure out how to give it to me.

I was going to stop and eat here, but it was absolutely disgusting. The place was a mess, both of the toilets in the women's restroom were clogged and covered in feces, it smelled terrible. There was garbage all over the floor and was overall really grimy. I've been in cleaner Porta potties. I'd give zero stars if I could.

An employee's boyfriend sucker punched a customer who was being rude and outrageous. Violence is completely uncalled for and the Taco Bell employee continued to escalate the situation when the rude customer was leaving. The boyfriend who did the sucker punch also dropped an N bomb during the fight. Don't go here, this Taco Bell has a horrible atmosphere, promotes and allows violence.

The food here is great and the service is definitely worth coming here for. The night Manager is really good at his job too. I definitely suggest this Taco Bell to anyone who wants to come get a burrito lol
Vegetarian options: They offer substitutions for people who don't want meat in their food
Kid-friendliness: Our daughter is always welcome and I've noticed they always welcome kids in there, they offer high chairs for children too
Standard taco bell...some of the drinks didn't work at the fountain station but overall the food was ok as always. Even taking into account the state of the economy, the cost is not worth the benefit considering the meal boxes have literally doubled in price.

If you're someone who loves drinking Mug Root Beer then don't bother with this location. Over the last month or so the Mug Root Beer hasn't been working so that's my reason for the three stars otherwise not a bad store in general
