kennedy the manager was delightful and went inside on her break to get our order after the lobby had closed. alicia the server was also incredibly nice and helpful. the food is spot on and this was the best taco bell experience me and my girlfriend have had in a very long time.

This Taco Bell location used to be super reliable, but for the last 6 months or more, they have consistently forgotten at least one of the items I'd ordered. Just the other day I wanted to try a new burrito they had on the menu, only to get home and find that they hadn't even given me it. Major bummer everytime.

We go to this taco bell atleast once every couple of weeks as we live close. I kid you not every single time these employees forget ATLEAST one item, or mess one up literally every single time. We have given them so much grace but we are done as of today as they again messed up our order. I mean seriously, how hard could it be?

Worked at tacobell, know when workers are being lazy. Doesnt take a genius to tell when theres four people standing by the line on their phones while im waiting 5+ minutes to get my drink cup with a mobile order. Wasnt being subtle either. Whats more, I get home and they completely missed one of my burritos. Ridiculous service for one of the slowest Tacobells in salem.

Please teach your employees how to put hot sauce in a bag. I'm not asking for the world. I just want the hot sauce added to my delivery when I ask for it. Taco Bell is my main fast food spot. And you forget the hot sauce on my delivery every single time. I don't want to have to pay for delivery, pay a tip, and then drive to the store to get some hot sauce because you can't figure out how to give it to me.
