Went to HB today around the AM to order my bf his bday drink. We ordered two vanilla shaken espresso. They were so sour it tasted like they either pulled the espresso too fast or used rotten milk. Whatever it was my bf ended up throwing up and I got an upset stomach. Couldn’t finish the drinks because of how sour they were. Would like a refund for the drink we purchased and a remake of his bday drink because it’s only fair

They spilled my frozen hot chocolate on the counter then just picked it up put the lid back on and still tried to give it to me. They wiped the outside of the cup with a used rag and told me that it’s fine because they clean the counters 🤮 They only offered to make me a new one after I rejected it.

This is a really great little coffee shop. The staff is abundantly friendly. The prices are reasonable. The seasonal offerings are spot on. And you get a chocolate covered coffee bean with your drink!
I have tried most of their selections and something about their coffee is consistently way better than the competition. The drinks are creamier, more flavorful, and not overly sweet. Their beans are perfectly roasted.
Their point system is good and they often have opportunities to earn discounts and freebies. They also have good smoothies and yummy food. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Starting with the drive-thru PA system . The employees are understandable and clear. Very pleasant sounding system. Odd orders were no problem at all. The service was fast and there were no surprises in the flavor of my drink. Wicked smart arrangement of these espresso stops.

Unfortunately I am not going here anymore. I go there fairly often. This last time I paid $21 for 3 drinks and tipped $4, one of them I did not like and asked them to remake and they said since I had drank some of it, I would have to pay for another. Of course I had a few sips, I was trying to get past how sweet it was because I felt bad asking them to remake it. (I asked for half sweet). After 4 sips, I decided to turn around and ask. They will miss out on a lot more than $7 by not making the moment right.
