Starting with the drive-thru PA system . The employees are understandable and clear. Very pleasant sounding system. Odd orders were no problem at all. The service was fast and there were no surprises in the flavor of my drink. Wicked smart arrangement of these espresso stops.

Unfortunately I am not going here anymore. I go there fairly often. This last time I paid $21 for 3 drinks and tipped $4, one of them I did not like and asked them to remake and they said since I had drank some of it, I would have to pay for another. Of course I had a few sips, I was trying to get past how sweet it was because I felt bad asking them to remake it. (I asked for half sweet). After 4 sips, I decided to turn around and ask. They will miss out on a lot more than $7 by not making the moment right.

As long as they do the order as you want it to be, it's the best espresso in salem. They just need to take their time and do it correctly. Now about the food itams every time I get the sausage sandwiches I always have a upset stomach but not from the bagels. So the food mot the best but it's ok.
