They've recently started jacking up their prices an insane amount. They added $1.40 on a $5.25 drink to add chocolate and peppermint. When I questioned it the batista told me that's what her manager told her to do. I've been getting that same drink at various Human Bean locations for years and it's never been more than $0.25 extra for those. I doubt I'll go back to this location.

I love their coffee when made correctly with that being said it is rare when that happens. I’ve been served a breakfast sandwich that was still frozen in the middle and multiple times my coffee has been made incorrectly. I would definitely suggest going to the Starbucks that is right down the street or checking your coffee before you leave

I am a Huber driver. The lady apparently acted racist. He gave me an open straw at my order and put trash in the cup holder. I didn't realize until I was delivering my order.

Great coffee, food is pretty good even if it is kind of generic coffee shop food. Always friendly servers who make sure your drink is done how you want it. I only go to 2 places to get my wife's morning coffee and they remember me when I come in. That's good service.
