China Sky Restaurant and Bar

Gotta say, at first glance not much to say. Has long wait times, but the food is cooked fresh each meal and boy it was good. Try it before to knock it.

This place is a complete joke. The worker "punky" is completely disrespectful and rude. This guy is walking around in slippers and basketball shorts telling people aggressively what to do and not do on the golf course. The woman manager is completely unwilling to hear any constructive criticism about punky or the operations of the course that we are expected to pay for. Go to the Tigard golf course a few miles away. Much more professional and the same price.

Why, oh, why didn’t I read these reviews before I bought not one, but TWO lunches to go. Not a soul in the place just before noon. Stopped by because I was visiting my dentist near by. There was one woman there vacuuming. She took my order, then disappeared for about twenty minutes. I got the feeling the hostess was cooking my food. When she finally came out, I accept the order, sight unseen, and left. The bag was light. Why? Because there was hardly any food in it! The beef and broccoli was maybe a cup of food. It tasted just ok. The fried rice was just soy darkened rice. No veggies or extras. The other lunch, honey prawns, (four of them) was over-fried with a sprinkling of sauce. The rice was same. The tiny fried rolls were filled with what tasted like leftover broccoli. This mess cost $20. I smiled and told her I’d be back when I departed, but, no. Sorry. I don’t like to leave bad reviews. She was a very nice lady. She seemed stressed. I hope she’s ok.

.I stood in the lobby for five minutes, and only saw people coming and going from the back room - where gambling was going on. I finally went into the back room, and some very rude chinese lady(?) almost yelled at me, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I said "Nothing from this sh*t hole, and left. Don't waste you time going here if you are hungry!

The lady behind the counter was so rude that I decided to leave before placing my order. No wonder there was no one there

Our chicken dish was a tasteless plate of 90% chopped celery. The bbq pork was cold and tasted like it had been frozen. Probably the worst food ever. The service was extremely slow and rude. I suspect food is only a front for the gambling machines.

Closed due to covid

I tried this place already with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I loved the great character and delicious food and beverages. I recommend this place.

China Sky is open and is excellent!From their website I was able to print out a PDF version of their menu.Then placed the order by phone and stopped by to pick it up.The owner is so nice, super-friendly and attentive.They shut down for three months this year due to the pandemic.But they are up & running now.The food was fantastic: my kids & I shared Pot Stickers, Hot & Sour Soup, and Chicken Fried Rice. They also had Sweet & Sour Chicken.We’re definitely ordering from them again soon.

Would never recommend and I will never return. I wish I would have checked the other reviews first. Don't waste your money go somewhere else

Great buffet

It seems as though the owner personally runs all aspects of this place, very nice to deal with and the food is great! Located in a strip mall in a nice quiet area the place is very clean. Full liquor bar and video poker too. We'll be back again without a doubt.

HORRIBLE !!! . Waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated (literally only one other person in the restaurant! 2 out of three of us got our food & just as we were finishing, the third person got his food. Everything we ordered was disgusting.

I ordered chicken chow mein to take out. The place was empty of customers and now I know why. Although the sause for the noodles was pretty good, there were only three (3) tiny bites of chicken. Waste of money. I won't return.

A dollar tip was generous , just don't waste your money
