Didn't even get food because I was standing there for a 5 to 10 minutes without ever being greeted, I didn't have time to order and wait after that.

The young man waiting on me and my granddaughter was very kind 💙

On Nov 5th when picking up my $42.99 online order at King City DQ I was told the fish sandwich was not available so my order would be $38. Because it was an online order they asked that I pay the $38 and my card would be reimbursed $42.99. So far no reimbursement, and no acknowledgement. After multiple calls to the store, staff always tells me they'll call me back or have the general manager Michael call me. But after over a month, still nothing.
What a frustrating experience!!! Please, give me back my $42.99 and perhaps have a chat with staff about returning phone calls and acknowledging customers.

When visiting family in Tigard, we try to grab some DQ! We went at 8:45 PM, starving. WOW. The food was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of condiments. Pulled over in car to eat fresh, no bbq dropped in my lap. Onion rings, bacon, cheese curds all perfect. So good I was going to call and tell manager. But busy, so here's a real review from a picky person. Great experience, keep it up.

Great in the day time! Very tasty and friendly staff. But BEWARE!!! As soon as night time comes, the staff is different and they’re very rude at night. The drive thru guy was openly vaping while waiting for my food to be ready, kept touching his greasy face and hair then went to make a blizzard without washing hands , the night employees give off “unattended children” vibes- maybe cuz there’s no night management? Idk. One employee was by his car blasting music with other employees and it smelled like weed…idk, just a shady night crew and the food always is horrible quality at night… But I quit coming at night and only go during the day, :) the day people are fast, friendly and clean ! My food is always tasty in the day and the day crew seem happy ?

Got a banana split thru drive thru and the banana was so green that you could see where the peel was carved off it left tasted like hard wood no way could it be eaten if no ripe bananas don't
make the banana split yuck!!!

Git a blizzard, asked for extra flavoring of the cotton candy, but didn't get it . I asked if they could pls just add some flavor after the fact and i was told they couldnt. So i asked to pls have remade, & wad told I wasnt able to get a new one made, unless I purchased it as well , so paying for both!!!
ALL in order to receive what I originally ordered & thought I was paying for to begin with, ending up with half of what I was wanting and amattitude! Was $7.65 to buy the correct one , I left un satisfied

These people are lucky I love blizzards and that they are the closest DQ for miles. I have yet to have an order be correct the first time I get it. I send it back to be fixed each time.
