Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I witnessed the cashier stick her fingers in several blizzards and fries and in the time it took for them to make my food she never washed her hands once. Including when there was icecream all over them. This is a major health code violation and you guys need to take action. I’m sure it’s all on camera too unless the one right above the station is fake. Happened around 5:45 on 3/24

I want to report a very frustrating experience at your Dairy Queen location today.

There was only one employee working in the front, and many delivery drivers and customers were waiting. When we arrived, he asked for the customer names, so we thought he was checking the orders. But instead of calling out the orders that were already prepared and sitting there, he kept everyone waiting.

After a long time, one customer looked at the prepared orders herself and realized her order had been ready the whole time. Then I checked as well and saw that both of my delivery orders had also been sitting there ready. I showed him the names, and he handed them to me immediately.

This means I waited there for at least 20 minutes for no reason. There were at least 6 other drivers waiting too, and after me they also had to ask him directly before they could finally get their orders. So this was not just affecting me. It was delaying delivery drivers, customers inside the store, and customers waiting at home for their food.

This was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary delays for everyone. Please contact this restaurant and address this issue seriously so this does not keep happening.

Food is absolutely amazing every visit, litterally love everything on the menu! The staff are usually pretty tired and sluggish I will admit, however it's probably from making amazing orders every day!

Location needs to go easy on the ketchup.... They always put a disgusting amount on my burger... Yeah if I order a different Burger with let's say barbecue sauce on it they completely forget the barbecue sauce...

The workers seem to have other thoughts on their minds...

The burger was dry, my fries were stale as soon as I got the bag, I was given an additional small fry instead of cheese curds as a side with my wife’s order, and on top of that received Diet Pepsi instead of dr. Pepper. I would’ve had better luck telling them to “surprise me”. The customer service however was fantastic, very polite crew.

I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday at 12pm to be ready for pickup at 4pm. I arrived at 4:30 & presented my receipt to the cashier & he went to look for my order & said nobody made it. I asked why not when I ordered it 4 hours ago & he said they didn’t have any prepared & it would take some extra time, also lacked ingredients (so how would you make it) I was there 30 minutes late so he actually already had extra time. You guys should really work on communication with each other and your customers because that was very inconvenient. Someone could have called or sent me an email or SOMETHING. Thanks for the refund but MY GAWD that was frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I order 4 blizzards. The staff delivered what was mostly just vanilla ice cream with VERY LITTLE amounts of the toppings we ordered. Reese’s blizzard had no chunks or flavor of Reese’s. Oreo and snickers and butterfinger that we ordered was the same. Felt like they were cutting corners or saving toppings. Very dissatisfied. I’m not a fatty with an attitude either…it was ridiculous.

I always receive quality food from this Dairy Queen. I’ve been very satisfied not only with their food but Roman specifically even provided me with excellent customer service when I had a delivery order issue. I had one missing item in a large order and they not only refunded me but also provided me with a very generous gift card to make up for their mistake. I love ordering from this DQ and will continue to in the future! Thank you!
