On Nov 5th when picking up my $42.99 online order at King City DQ I was told the fish sandwich was not available so my order would be $38. Because it was an online order they asked that I pay the $38 and my card would be reimbursed $42.99. So far no reimbursement, and no acknowledgement. After multiple calls to the store, staff always tells me they'll call me back or have the general manager Michael call me. But after over a month, still nothing. I'm very disappointed...

When visiting family in Tigard, we try to grab some DQ! We went at 8:45 PM, starving. WOW. The food was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of condiments. Pulled over in car to eat fresh, no bbq dropped in my lap. Onion rings, bacon, cheese curds all perfect. So good I was going to call and tell manager. But busy, so here's a real review from a picky person. Great experience, keep it up.

Great in the day time! Very tasty and friendly staff. But BEWARE!!! As soon as night time comes, the staff is different and they’re very rude at night. The drive thru guy was openly vaping while waiting for my food to be ready, kept touching his greasy face and hair then went to make a blizzard without washing hands , the night employees give off “unattended children” vibes- maybe cuz there’s no night management? Idk. One employee was by his car blasting music with other...
