This Pizza Hut is an absolute disaster when it comes to basic order fulfillment, and I’m beyond fed up. Twice now—twice—I’ve used their app to schedule a future delivery, placing my order around 10:30 AM for a 6:00 PM delivery, only to have my pizza show up almost immediately. What’s the point of offering a scheduling feature if you’re just going to ignore it? The app clearly confirms the 6:00 PM delivery time, but apparently, that’s just a suggestion to this location.
When I called the store to figure out what was going on, their response was infuriatingly nonchalant: “Well, the pizza’s already in the oven.” Are you kidding me? So, you just decided to cook and send it seven hours early because… why? No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a shrug over the phone. It’s not like I’m asking for rocket science here—just deliver the pizza at the time I requested. This level of incompetence is mind-boggling.
The sheer disregard for customers’ needs makes this Pizza Hut a complete joke. If you’re planning to order ahead for a specific time, don’t bother. Apparently, they’ll just yeet your pizza out the door whenever they feel like it. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else. Zero stars if I could.

Only use delivery. Always hit, never cold, had an order issue once, and they quickly corrected it. Love to order from here as I know it will be delivered hot, and within a reasonable time.

This location is pure trash . Do yourself a favor and walk right next door and grab a frozen one ,as you'd get better quality . Not only has this location given me food poisoning , they literally put their own tip requirement in,not once but twice! Fool me two times ,now on to corporate ! Watch out for this very shady location and beware ,as you might end up on the toilet all night

Believe the ratings for this Pizza Hut location. They are CONSISTENTLY out of toppings and they don't accept Pizza Hut rewards which is bullshit. Penny pinchers beyond belief.

They're a tiny location and just suck. That's all I have to write. Take the extra time to get your pizza from the Tualatin location. They are MUCH better.

I ordered the triple treat, one round pepperoni pizza, one tavern style sausage pizza, cinnamon sticks and garlic cheese sticks. The round pepperoni pizza was okay, the tavern pizza crust was very hard and didn’t taste good, and the garlic cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks tasted like the flavors had mingled too much with each other. It tasted like they put one large section of bread sticks in the box then seasoned one side with cinnamon and the other with cheese and garlic, but had overlapping flavors. Ordering online was easy, delivery was fast. We’ve had better orders from this pizza hut’s location (Tigard) and was very disappointed with this order.

Customer service sucks! Ordered a pizza and it wasn't even fully cooked after being delivered. Called to see if they could fix it and the dude that said he was the manger and told us he can not replace or fix it because he can't verify the issue. I told him we can drive it to him and he flat out said no. He refused to help us. We spend over $30 on pizza and we couldn't even eat it. The pizza was doughy and soggy. Not happy at all. That person needs to be fired for treating me like that on the phone. It was unprofessional and rude. I just wanted a cooked pizza.

There is no dine- in at this location we were a little disappointed about that because we were out of town and it was cold and pouring rain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pizza was great, put together well and plenty of toppings.

Customer service was friendly enough and time to get carry out to me was fine, but only went there missing the Chicago Tavern style pizza of my hometown, and the Pizza Hut version couldn't hold a candle to it... was the height of mediocre. Supposedly had garlic but didn't really taste it..overall taste was bland, and the crust was not even crispy which is what a true Chicago Tavern style pizza would be. Ugh..waste of hard earned money. Big disappointment. Pizza Hut version is pure gimmick and no substance. Ugh!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Will never order from here again. I probably won't order from Pizza Hut again. Their food isn't worth the hassle or abuse.
