🚨DO NOT BUY FROM BASKIN ROBBINS IN KLAMATH FALLS, OREGON🚨
I ordered a pralines and cream ice cream sheet cake online to feed 24 people a week in advance before the birthday party. Received a call at 9pm the Friday night before the party from the manager saying the decorator just quit and my cake can’t be made. Instead of issuing a refund I was told to come to the store to pick a cake of lesser value out of the fridge and if there wasn’t anything I liked the issue...read full review
The last few times I have ordered, the order has been cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Half the time they don’t have the necessary ingredients to make menu items.
