“Sonic was one of my favs... now it's a soggy, incorrect, and disappointing mess. I am tired of the fact that EVERY SINGLE SONIC I go to seems to not be able to a) cook a burger as it is ordered ie: remove tomatoes from a burger, and b) get the order correct in its entirety. Ordered a Sonic Meal for the lady yesterday evening, and a double with no tomatoes for me. Onion rings and cheese curds. Guess what? Got 2 single burgers, both of them with tomatoes, and hers had no ketchup or any other sauce- just plain burger tomatoes cheese n lettuce; mine had those gawdawful maters, and both had regular fries. Tired of wasting money to get something other than what was ordered. If someone wants $15/hr, then work like you deserve it. Doubt I'll return ever again, losing hope that they'll ever get my order right before they get any worse. $45 bucks for a guessing game on what you'll be served is not what I call a fun time.“

“They changed there ordering policy you can't get what you want if you want all thighs in the bucket they won't do it no more it is horrible when the customer service is bad if you like your bucket a certain way your not going to get be prepared“
