our first day visit. beautiful lake many picnic tables. lots of shade from old growth tree's. only problem was parking. on sat in the summer best to arrive by 1pm or u can wait in line for someone to leave .
Went for the day trip. Perfect amount of well spaced picnic benches and little private water spots. Even though we were only about 100 yd from the nearest group, it was very private and quiet.
Great place, easy access to the Lake. Great pizza at the marina, but go earlier than 5:30 or they shut down. No beer on tap, only stinkin IPA 😣. Resort restaurant is chronically understaffed, so plan on being patient. We camped so can't speak to the rooms (cabins). Sunset is our favorite campground, but has no showers. Superclean modern bathrooms though! Reservations are hard to get and have to be made 6 mos. ahead.
